Curaleaf - Midtown

I loved it!! Conveniently located, Customer Service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Looking forward to attend the classes that they offer, 1st dispensary that I know of, that offer these.

This place is brand new and offering a lot of specials. The people is what make this place awesome. they are super nice and willing to help you find what you need and they have a great selection. The location is pretty awesome to for being centrally located. Definitely check this place out and it will be one of your favorites!

Flower wasn't too great. Their double gold label product wasn't particularly strong. I also got a lot of ammonia smell from a few of their strains. A few others smelled as if they weren't properly cured. Location is pretty convenient though and comfortable if you appreciate a "hospital sterility" type of feel. If you do, this is the place for you.

Ordered online and they told me the wait could be up to an hour. Why order online if I’m going to have to wait an hour+. Waste of time

It was my first time and to be honest the flower here is so horrible, especially for the prices. Most of it looked ok but the smell was just not there and the potency sucks. It all smelled so weak. I smelled every strain of flower they had and I was far from impressed with each one. I feel like I was looking at pretty decent Regg from back in the day, definitely not medical grade bud at all. I already smoked my whole $40 1/8 that I just purchased a couple of hours ago and all I got was a headache and buyers remorse. On a more positive note, my budtender was friendly and trying to be as helpful as possible. I appreciated that. I just wish they would step up the quality of their flower big time here.

Screenshots of receipts they have messed up Every single one of my orders the last 4 times I went there they don't give me what I ordered. I ordered 10 o'clock in the morning and went to pick upAt 5 o'clock this evening and they didn't give me one of the things that I ordered if I could screenshot it the receipt and the order that I put in I would to show you people that they are a rip off don't waste your money or your time

Before the Canadian company (Curaleaf) bought a few dispensaries I had a free MMJ Cert coupon I had one, it had not expired but since changing owners I was told sorry nothing we can do! So I lost out on $260 cause they wouldn’t recognize the prize so thanks Curaleaf!

Y'all need to get your shit together or you're going to lose every single medical patient you have. Your customer service is crap

this is the third time I've tried to order through Leafly, I get email and text confirmation and I get to the store and it has not been received. only this third time, the girl on the phone rudely told me that apparently curaleaf is "trying" to end their partnership with Leafly, no apology for wasting my time... either make ordering unavailable through Leafly or not, don't act like it's my problem for not knowing your invisible policy with Leafly, Curaleaf.

Came up on the bogo canamo deal they had. I was pleasantly surprised with this shop actually. My bud tender was very helpful and when she didn't know the lineage of a strain off the top of her head she knew who to ask and got me the info I needed quickly.

I bought a half gram cartridge it was one of the curaleaf ones. I liked the taste but unfortunately I didn't get relaxed or anything from it. and a cartridge normally lasts me 4-5 days this one burned fast as hell and was gone by day 2 I m not impressed at all and probably won't return to this location again since I paid 35 dollars for a half gram and I can get a full gram cartridge 4hat lasts more than a week at urban greenhouse for 38.

They tried to tell me I can't order online if I'm on the premises. I ordered in my car on my way there bc it was 9pm. So I took my $60 to Tru med and got better flower(and 4.2 grams insgead of 3.5)

Tall big dude was a lazy loser lol. Asked him if they had something I was just told they had and didn’t even check his computer. Asked what they had next highest and just said something like 20%. No strain, no nothing. Didn’t waste my time at all. The other lady that was in the pre-order was amazing helped out when they were out of stuff and brought multiple choices. Get rid of him, he’s not a good fit.

Poorly managed, way too long of a wait for how many patients are here. All these 5 star reviews is because they give a free preroll for a good one. In reality they have dry flowers and a sorry selection of overpriced concentrates. But hey the big money maker is cartridges and they have PLENTY of those, all brands all flavors all overpriced, just don't get curaleaf brand carts because they taste like wet lawn clippings and fertalizer. STAY AWAY!

They've only been open a week & I see great things in their future. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, & took the time to make perfect suggestions for my tastes. Of course I'm biased towards any dispensary that has King Louis VIII in stock. ;)

So I go here on my lunch break, wait a bit for one of the only two employees, ask for a midtown shorty, and the guy says, “we’re out, only 5 packs.” I would recommend staying in stock of your product, and further recommend the willingness to break a 5 pack into singles when “we’re out”

Chad hooked it up today at Midtown Roots. All flower is organically grown and first time patients get a great deal. I'll be back fosho.

GREAT location

they weed is good simply because theyre now owned by Curaleaf. But expect to have HORRIBLE attitude and service from the white dude with blue eyes, swearing under his breath and being unprofessional because he couldn't deal with the situation that was occurring, your're better off going to ANY Curaleaf locations.

My second visit (thank you Billy!) and once again, not disappointed. Business seems to be picking up here because people must be finding out about the great specials and the quality medicines. Midtown Roots easily compares to or even beats quality and pricing of what have been my "go to" places for the last 2 years. If you aren't an urbanite, make the trip downtown to check out Midtown Roots. Easy parking, comfortable location, excellent budtenders and red carpet - friendly service. They have just recently opened but if they keep doing what they are doing, they are bound to become one of the best dispensaries in the valley. Kudos!!
