Curaleaf - Midtown

M reading the comments that have recently passed by here ... I’m shook they like the quality and said there was “ deals” for card holders lol. This curaleaf sold out their medical patients and lost a good loyal customer smh.

Waited forever after asking multiple employees about a ftp deal only to get told at the last second that stopped that for the weekend. And the dude was a dick about it. Don't ever waste your time here.

There’s no flower displays in your giant glass cases?? I understand nobody can touch or smell with the pandemic but no visual?? A piece of printer paper with strain names??? There’s empty edible boxes that look like trash on display but no flower? How foolish can we get? Also if a person orders online they wait in the same line to get to the counter as everyone else, no time savings or window use. Could not be more of a joke. If this place had any idea how to prepare for adult sales they’d have made their education room a med-only room & had the old room for recreational products. Then you could actually allow people to pick up preorders instead of paying some dude with an attitude sitting in that seat to direct musical chairs. The budtenders here have little idea how to navigate someone through a purchase or figure out the guests desired consumption method (additional wait time, anyone?). They don’t immediately say which products people are limited to and they also have ZERO to say about different terpene profiles or what the product tastes like. This is what you get when you ostracize people who understand cannabis in exchange for QT grade employees at QT grade pay. Congrats. Don’t worry, I still bought stock since $12/hr does bolster a bottom line. Just thought you should know how awful this retail situation is being presented to both seasoned patients and the poor first timers walking in the door. This should never be a wal-mart experience.

they were okay. bud was a little dry. all the bud they sell is from different vendors though. if you want it cheaper go directly to them then kinda wack

The flower was dry and really didn't have any real smell to it. Staff was unprepared for my questions, overall unsatisfied!!

Another trash dispensary. Don’t waste your time ordering ahead, it doesn’t matter. You’re still going to go inside and sit in a lobby with 20-30 other people. Not to mention, you get to play musical chairs. So, every time they call someone back, you’re going to get up and sit in the next chair, that who knows how many people have sat in and when the last time it was sanitized. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND SOME OF YOUR PATIENTS HAVE COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEMS. So ignorant. Avoid like covid.

The bud was okay, unless you get the top tier it's not really worth it, wax is not bad at all as they had a great bogo deal on it, as well as the edible bogo for a root beer soda drink was a great deal. Love the idea that they are using this week as a test and having another grand opening where everyone can be a first timer again

This place is great! Right on the light rail, and there's tons of parking if you're driving there. It's new, clean, well lighted, and attractively decorated. My budtender Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely go back.

They tried to tell me I can't order online if I'm on the premises. I ordered in my car on my way there bc it was 9pm. So I took my $60 to Tru med and got better flower(and 4.2 grams insgead of 3.5)

this is the third time I've tried to order through Leafly, I get email and text confirmation and I get to the store and it has not been received. only this third time, the girl on the phone rudely told me that apparently curaleaf is "trying" to end their partnership with Leafly, no apology for wasting my time... either make ordering unavailable through Leafly or not, don't act like it's my problem for not knowing your invisible policy with Leafly, Curaleaf.

Poorly managed, way too long of a wait for how many patients are here. All these 5 star reviews is because they give a free preroll for a good one. In reality they have dry flowers and a sorry selection of overpriced concentrates. But hey the big money maker is cartridges and they have PLENTY of those, all brands all flavors all overpriced, just don't get curaleaf brand carts because they taste like wet lawn clippings and fertalizer. STAY AWAY!

Had a good first time experience, referred a few friends. Bought a Vape pen there, it was pretty sweet. Unfortunately I had a question on the pen so i call to ask the question and the employee named Alyssa was straight up just rude didn’t give me a chance to ask my question. Won’t be going here again nor will I be referring friends anymore. Customer service is EVERYTHING, every visit, call whatever. Have some respect or find a new job.

My experience here was great! I bought flower called Gromulan and HG shatter called Harlox man I'm high as a a f---k! 👍 I can't remember a better buzz!!!I'm a oldie Pot Head over 45 years! Very high tolerance build up! Thanks for taking care of this old hippie. I loved this place and the products !! ❤️

Friendly staff, clean and nice selection, but bad flower. So dry, took several bowl packs to feel any effect. Unlikely I'll be back.

I came here for my first time visit and left thinking I got a really good deal. When I got to the lodge, and started to break it down, that's when the disappointment came. The 8th of Kilimanjaro I got was garbage. One giant stem, and a couple medium sized stick as well. The flower was dry and turned to dust in my fingers. It was prepackaged as well. Overall a disappointment and waste of good money. My budtender was cool, and I liked the setup, but really the only impression I will keep, is the low standard of quality set by this dispensary.

Just came across this place on Leafly the other day and saw they were new and had some specials all week so I dropped in to pickup a few of the O.pen vape cartridges that had for buy one get one free. The place is nice and they have a really great selection of products! Tara and Justin both did a great job in helping me find what I was looking for! They also gave me a free pre roll. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

The most rude, disrespectful staff. I waited for two hours in line with my LEGAL IDENTIFICATION and they would not let me in because their policy changed to only allow sideways IDs despite the fact that I am well over 21 and my ID is 100% legal. I am a law school student and showed them the legal work for my ID. Their "policy" didn't allow them to let me in despite PLACING A PRE ORDER, HAVING BEEN TO THE SAME LOCATION WITH THE SAME ID MULTIPLE TIMES, AND WAITING IN LINE FOR TWO HOURS. let me repeat: I brought my legal identification. I pre ordered. I waited in line for two hours and chatted with the staff. When it was my turn to enter the building, they didn't allow me in because my LEGAL ID was not sideways. They wanted me to update it which is an OPTIONAL requirement. They LIED about the law even when shown the .gov web. Plus their stuff is mids and high price. This business is NOT worth your time or money. I will be avoiding them and telling others to avoid them AT ALL COSTS.

I loved it!! Conveniently located, Customer Service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Looking forward to attend the classes that they offer, 1st dispensary that I know of, that offer these.

The service was good . But the quality was not worth the $90 spent on bud .

This dispensary is very legit. I can't remember experiencing such professionalism before. They got me in and out quick. Best thing is the flower is all of top quality at every tier. I highly recommend Midtown Roots Dispensary.
