The staff is outstanding. The dispensary is always evolving and updating to give us a multitude of choices. Leafy website sucks. Most frustrating website ever. User UNFRIENDLY. Makes preorder almost impossible.

Always a quick and easy process. I’m from out of town so only negative is parking but that’s a DC thing lol

The best dispensary in dc hand down.

I've been a consistent customer of MWC for the past 2 years, and I absolutely love MWC and its environment! They have a great selection of goods and affordable pricing. The only issue I have is with the newbies. Whenever I get a new or relatively new customer service rep, they usually screw up my order somehow. They either fail to give me my 20% discount as a Redbox member or something is missing or wrong with my order. Other than that I love the dispensary!

This is my favorite place to go for my medical order. Always friendly and professional, great service and the perks are worth the steps. This is the only pharmacy I’ve been to where you’re truly treated like family!

I am very impressed with this business. The receptionist (can't remember her name :() called me by my first name at my second visit. I was pleasantly surprised especially because I am African descent and my name is pretty unique. Products are as described. staff is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions and address any concerns. Location is easily accessible even by metro though street parking is a challenge. To save time, order ahead. Overall they have five stars from me. Coming from a Customer Service expert, that means a lot.

It has been such a pleasure to say that MWCDC is my dispensary... I personally do not have experience from another dispensary, but MWC is what I think of as the ideal place to properly learn about the Cannabis Program, consult with professionals and of course purchase product. Everyone on the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and their system of having people wait in the newly renovated lobby while customers finish up, so it never gets too crowded and there are always 1 or 2 to 1 staff to customer. MWC also has a fantastic selection that is always changing, and their online menu is a great way to peruse the daily, and you can even order online for same day pick-up. Metropolitan Wellness Center also has one of the coolest updated websites, and a mobile version that is just as near!

Man oh man...the residents is Dc should really kniw how lucky they are to have a dispensary like MWC in Dc. The staff is so well verswd and knowledgeable about the products. And the stay fully stocked! What maor could you ask for??
