I've only been a client since after the quarantine, so I don't know about the atmosphere, however the quality and service here are excellent. I will be a regular client!
The product is great. I can get the buds cheaper somewhere else so I only get my edibles from here. They are taxing hard but the edblies are hitting great. Will not get and buds from here and I can get it cheaper tax free somewhere else .
I've only done curbside pickup because of coronavirus, but they're always quick and curious. Their selection has gotten a lot better since they opened too. Looking forward to shopping inside one day. ;)
Awesome place! I go there around every few weeks and place my order online. I like the menu change ups and everyone there is super nice. There is a wait, but I just make sure my phone is charged up to keep myself entertained.
The lady helping me, Mary, was very informative for a first time cannabis purchaser like myself and while the wait and cost take it down a notch, the product is certainly legit!
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Their website is being developed fabulously to give detailed descriptions on most products. Only on one extraordinarily busy afternoon did we wait a sufficiently long time, which is understandable. Otherwise, the curbside pickup is very efficient and quick.
Preordered. Waited 15 minutes for service then another 15 minutes to get my order. No sense of urgency from the staff accept one gentleman that had a fanny pack. Hopefully this is not an every day.
It's a bummer we can't go inside as it looks like a large store and I love looking at it all, but you guys are doing great for what resources youre able to use at this time. I've been here quite a few times and I've only had one long wait, and it was understandably busy. Plus the drive from grand rapids isn't far, and it's a scenic drive to boot. No more going to Lansing. You also carry my favorite brand of carts, so that helps. It would help if you got a line system in place, but that's the only thing I can say would improve your business. Staff are always very friendly and I'm glad to see you all taking proper precautions and CORRECTLY wearing PPE. Keep up the good work.
Hi! Thank you for this!! I have been there more than a half a dozen times since opening. My wait times are typically between 10 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great staff. Wait times are a bit longer. I do however have a suggestion for you, I've noticed from other dispensary's in Michigan, they do the same text when the order is ready. But then when we get the text that the order is ready, it says to respond when you arrive, with your order number, your vehicles color, make and model with the proper parking spot number they park in when they get there. Say you # your parking spots 1-30.
Idk just an idea but numbering spots and having them text when arriving works well at other establishments. Thanks a lot! Have a great day!
4th time coming here from GR area and we’ve been happy with service every time! We come for concentrates mainly and have tried about 8 different kinds - All have been awesome! They’re always busy but service is ALWAYS fast. They have a great system and we’re always helped within minutes of arriving. I would recommend placing an order when you get there instead of online - the in person menu has LOTS more options not shown on Leafly menu + follow them on FB for their specials b/c they’re not posted on here very often. I do wish they kept their online menu updated daily or posted a pic on FB since I’m sure lots of people come from surrounding areas. That’s my only con! Can’t wait til we can come inside and check it out once COVID is over!
