Very frustrating experience. Waited for over an hour and watched countless cars get service before us that literally just pulled in. Please get organized and develop a numbered parking lot system where we can text when we arrive with our order number and vehicle. This would save so much time and frustration for both employees and customers.
I spent $580 on 8ths, basically one of every flower, An I have to admit I was highly disappointed, none of the flowers have a delightful taste, for the price they charge I could have went to cookies and got my money’s worth, the flowers here is high grade prices but low grade, sorry but not sorry never again
The lot girls don’t know what’s good and can’t recommend anything. The menu online isn’t updated. So expect dirt weed you can’t see before you buy. It was brown, odorless, seedy... outdoor grow quality. Sub par for this type of place and criminal for the prices they’re asking. Buyer beware. They even quoted me higher than they charged but this is $4/gram quality, they charged 18 for.
WARNING I Was sold brown seedy product no better than the mids you used to buy before legalization. Purchased an oz and asked if there was a mistake when they showed up at my car with it and they said all sales are final even when I asked the manager kindly for an exchange or money back. The reason they keep selling curbside only is so they can take advantage of customers overcharging for embarrassing quality products. Go to High profile in Grant they treat customers with respect and honor their products that are MUCH higher quality.
November 4th you were closed and no mention of it on website, wasted forty five mile round trip. Called today the 6th and no one answers. Nothing on the website saying your closed and your answering machine says you're open. Helluva a way to run a business.
Weed is waaaaay over priced for what you get. Curbside service sucks.
Pro is your bags weigh what you pay for... but 60 or 70 for an eighth is just ridiculous. Dont think I'll be using the dispensaries anymore. Such a racket for a weed I can grow myself.
Absolutely terrible service, their entire menu is completely screwed up showing product from months ago online - I came out here expecting some decently priced product only to be switched up last second with a 100% increase. This stuff isn’t going to fly once the cafe’s in GR open up, that’s for certain. Had I not walked away I’d have almost paid $300 for half an ounce. Good luck with that.
Curbside pickup is poorly set up, no real rhyme or reason to how the service works. Customers who have already ordered are often stuck waiting for 30+ minutes while others who place an order in the parking lot are served fairly quickly. No real perk of ordering ahead.
The physical brick and mortar location is good. I’ve ordered a few times before online and was super easy. This new online ordering is horrendous. At the time of writing this review I’ve waited an hr and 15 mins to hear that my order is ready. Why? Need to fix before I order again.
After calling in a pick up order and being sent a confirmation, we have been sittiny in our car 30 mins. Some runners were using a system to organize cars, of course our guy was walking around randomly and assisted multiple people before us even though we were here earlier. We recommend a better system..maybe an area for picking up with one specific runner? Very frustrating in the hot sun. Hopefully the quality is worth it. It is our first visit.
Get ready to wait! Been to this locations a few times and they are always out of stock, overpriced, and if you do manage to place an order through their terribly designed mobile app (required for pickup, unless you want to trust they have your product) you will most likely wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes till a tender speaks to you. Worst customer service and products I have ever received. I know that dispensaries are a new concept, but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for any product I am paying for unless it comes through delivery. Plus, the employees acted higher than their potential customers. Very disappointed. Would not recommend a single person to this business.
Curbside is great in concept, but when I place 3 orders that get confirmed and I'm told they are ready for pickup, there is absolutely no reason I should arrive just to be told they're out of what I ordered. Really poor implementation and the budtenders know next to nothing.
