Very frustrating experience. Waited for over an hour and watched countless cars get service before us that literally just pulled in. Please get organized and develop a numbered parking lot system where we can text when we arrive with our order number and vehicle. This would save so much time and frustration for both employees and customers.

I spent $580 on 8ths, basically one of every flower, An I have to admit I was highly disappointed, none of the flowers have a delightful taste, for the price they charge I could have went to cookies and got my money’s worth, the flowers here is high grade prices but low grade, sorry but not sorry never again

i bought 7 grams of kosher kush for 120.00 and it had over 30 seeds in it. definitely was the worst experience for my first time shopping here

The lot girls don’t know what’s good and can’t recommend anything. The menu online isn’t updated. So expect dirt weed you can’t see before you buy. It was brown, odorless, seedy... outdoor grow quality. Sub par for this type of place and criminal for the prices they’re asking. Buyer beware. They even quoted me higher than they charged but this is $4/gram quality, they charged 18 for.

WARNING I Was sold brown seedy product no better than the mids you used to buy before legalization. Purchased an oz and asked if there was a mistake when they showed up at my car with it and they said all sales are final even when I asked the manager kindly for an exchange or money back. The reason they keep selling curbside only is so they can take advantage of customers overcharging for embarrassing quality products. Go to High profile in Grant they treat customers with respect and honor their products that are MUCH higher quality.
Weed is waaaaay over priced for what you get. Curbside service sucks.
Pro is your bags weigh what you pay for... but 60 or 70 for an eighth is just ridiculous. Dont think I'll be using the dispensaries anymore. Such a racket for a weed I can grow myself.
November 4th you were closed and no mention of it on website, wasted forty five mile round trip. Called today the 6th and no one answers. Nothing on the website saying your closed and your answering machine says you're open. Helluva a way to run a business.
Absolutely terrible service, their entire menu is completely screwed up showing product from months ago online - I came out here expecting some decently priced product only to be switched up last second with a 100% increase. This stuff isn’t going to fly once the cafe’s in GR open up, that’s for certain. Had I not walked away I’d have almost paid $300 for half an ounce. Good luck with that.
If your in GR take the extra time and drive to Kzoo. Its about half the cost (like seriously half the cost) and way faster curbside.
Trying to figure out what’s what from a menu!
Curbside pickup is poorly set up, no real rhyme or reason to how the service works. Customers who have already ordered are often stuck waiting for 30+ minutes while others who place an order in the parking lot are served fairly quickly. No real perk of ordering ahead.
Curbside service is a challenge. First times I was able to order right from their website. This time I had to order from Leafly which created a bit of confusion. Sales tax not added. That being said I was greeted promptly and I have never waited over 5 minutes for my order to be brought out.
Over priced hype .
Cool dispensary very busy always wait atleast 20-45 min. Also had a issue which resulted in me losing $20 bucks. Gave the budtender money after me and my wife counted it in front of him, later for him to return saying the money was short. Long story short If someone is spending over $300, there should be something in place to were the worker isn't walking around with everyone's money on a clipboard and no real way to know who's money goes to who.

My gram was short, the lack of systems for curbside made for a hour wait. The product quality was good.

No system to processing orders. Just go by which car they see in front of them. Was in a hurry and didn’t get my order but watched 3 others pull in after me and get theirs.
Needs more parking, maybe a drive thru....

Great location and speedy service but they have no line system which results in people getting skipped over. I’m sure it will change when the stay at home order is lifted.
Product is fine, but the curbside pickup is SO disorganized and slow.
I have been going here since it’s open. It’s 5 minutes from my house. I used to always place an online order. I would get a text that it was ready and I would still wait an HOUR to receive my product. Why? Because I’m sitting in their parking lot waiting for someone to take care of me. I’ve called and talked to several people about it. I basically get excuses; we had to fire 5 people, we’ve tried to have specific spots for online orders it just doesn’t work and we’re trying the best we can. When the other dispensaries open this one will lose LOTS of business. Service is terrible. I know more about the strains then the bud tenders. Price is ridiculously high. If I’m paying that kind of money I expect quick service and amazing product. Both are lacking here unless you buy edibles that come from Detroit Fudge Company. While it’s great in a pinch (and you have time to wait) it’s not the type of dispensary looking to help and educate others on cannabis. This is the get rich quick weed business. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. PS. Don’t bother looking at their online menu. Apparently they’re fighting with Leafly and it’s never updated. Really defeats the purpose of online ordering.
100% fact the red headed young lady that served me stole $80 from me. I will be visiting this location again to make sure this company knows their employees are stealing. Not from the company from their customers. She took 200 from me on a 185 purchase. Flirting with a couple guys next to me then goes inside with my money and comes back telling me I only gave her 120. I then went and grabbed 60 more to complete my transaction. If I wasn't running late I would have never left. It must be on video. I got my product which I must say is top quality but after that experience I wont spend another penny and while I know I'll never be compensated for my lost $80. I will make sure this doesn't happen to any more customers. She was extremely slick and I have both atm charges and hope they have video and will look into this to back up my claim. I was there at about 230 to 3pm on 8/11/20. Girl had a white top black leggings and red hair in a braid. I'm extremely detail oriented and OCD. I know I didnt lose that money and I blew my mind at first then the more I pieced it together the more I'm 110% of what I gave her and what she stole.
