This is a great dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable, they take in to consideration specific strains, brands, etc. to cater to their specific patients. I would recommend to anyone.

Best dispensary I've been to in the state. Outstanding customer service and kind staff. If I'm having a bad day, I go see my friends here. Good bud and great people; what more could you ask for?

Been here a couple times, every time, I get great customer service, everyone's professional. Though I did have one time where the dude basically didnt even acknowledge I was there, I even had to ask him if I should give him the money LOL which was MIND BLOWING considering a lot of us are out of work, and he literally treated me and his job like crap. Other than that one bad apple and the coworker hed rather talk to, everyone is always super friendly and professional, even the GM came out to help me out one time. They get 4 stars, almost perfect, but you cant fix everyone I guess

Today I picked up for the second time here, the service has been great. Staff is friendly and accommodating, I live close to 40 minutes away (the dispensaries near me are either medical only or always out of stuff). I placed my order this morning right at 10am online and it was ready within minutes. They message you when everything’s ready and give you a time frame to stop in and pick everything up. I was unable to make it to the time frame given since I live over 30 min away. I asked if I could be there a bit later and it was no issue at all.

Terrible service, mean employees, they made me feel like spending my hard-earned money there was a huge inconvenience for them. They wrangle you in some parking garage before you enter too, very strange. I will make sure that I tell my friends NOT to go here. Other dispensaries provide great customer service and are extremely friendly. I suggest this location of bafoon salesmen does the same.

TLDR - Go to greenhouse for honest service and much better sales. Soooo.... I feel like I just got robbed. Zen leaf stealing your loyalty points like some kinda smilin', gaslighting, gangsters.... WOW... So upset. I mean 80 dollar eighths are one thing, but the customer service when the mistake is all theirs is infuriating. Called ahead, just to make sure they transferred a substantial amount of points from when It was MEDMEN who used to "conveniently" run out of sale bonuses only to tell you your out of luck.... HOURS into DAYS long sales. Multiple times.. (this alone was enough to make me start checking the other dispensaries) Was told they didn't have my info, but if I could show bank statements, they'd honor. Went through statements and found the large purchases and decided to trust them again (my mistake). Showed up to be told that was false and I'd have to take it up with corporate... Pretty fishy to make me jump more hoops, but I'm already here so here we go. Get to cashier only to be gaslit further by what seems like a script from both the cashier and manager trying to make it my fault. Didn't work.... I wasn't mean but I know when I'm being played. Told them I had little faith that "corporate" would be getting back to me and was told I should work harder to follow it up and get what I'm owed from this shady dispensary.... Not too cool. Spose I'll hit my trusty ole street guy who's hooked it up proper for decades. Weedheads and dabblers BEWARE.... This spot got no healin and certainly no freaking Zen Namaste, but never.. ever again...

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Ray always hooks me up and is super knowledgeable. Not a huge selection, but the quality of what they do offer is great.

The low reviews they're getting elsewhere are totally unwarranted. Considering the stress and massive demand of recreational legalization they're doing wonderfully! Each employee was very helpful and answered my questions. Service was very quick too. Thanks MedMen! I really respect that they're limiting rec hours to keep things easier on their medical patients, too.

Great selection and fair prices. Be sure to double check expiration dates!

People are friendly here and I like it overall but not sure about the quality. For example, I purchased a cartridge for almost 60.00 recently, and it does not work, it leaked all over the place, and I feel like I basically wasted 60.00. (Which I did) :(

One of the best I have visited so far, only down side is they didn't have flower.

The BEST dispensary I have ever been too. They’re very sweet people, and they’re reinforcing the whole 6 ft apart, which is absolutely amazing! But I’ll be a loyal customer now!

I have been visiting MedMen in Evanston since January when IL legalized Adult use cannabis. The staff is always friendly and helpful in guiding clients to beneficial products even during high demand and low supply days. Today was my first purchase online (due to the Stay at Home rules), and it was extremely easy! I hope IL permits online orders in the future too, but it's an excellent way to manage Social distancing and quick service. Cannabis really helps during these stressful times, and MedMen is making it easy to provide for my needs. Thanks!
