Zen Leaf - Evanston (Med)

This is the fourth dispensary I've visited in Illinois and I see no reason to go back or look elsewhere. Pharmacannis's selection is extensive, with a solid mix of products in all popular categories, including bulk shake and popcorn buds. Not to mention, between the reliable daily deals, volume discounts, and weekly specials, it's a lot easier to access premium items without having to pay top dollar if you time your shopping strategically. The brightest-shining facet of this dispensary, however, is the service. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff aren't afraid to give an opinion when asked but, more importantly, truly listen to and care about each patient that walks in the door. Highly recommend.

MedMen definitely has a clinical feel to it. But we are also living in a strange period due to COVID right now. It's very much in and out as quick as possible. It's certainly not the most pleasurable of experiences but they have a system that seems to work, regardless. I'm not sure the hangout browse and purchase vibe is what MedMen are about., personally You might argue that some staff could be friendlier. I've found all the staff serving to be kind, friendly, and helpful. The herding staff to get you where you belong, could use some work. I also had an issue with a cartridge I bought, which MedMen helped me with both promptly and satisfactory. So a big thank you for caring about your customers! We should give these people a little more credit than they are getting.

As someone who's been smoking weed for about 20 years you have seriously made me consider quitting smoking weed. I waited pretty much my whole life for the legalization of marijuana and probably would of spent easily over $8,000 at your store a year as im a daily user. But with these consistently low quality products that cost top shelf prices is garbage. I understand there's alot of regulations going on and you have to cover your cost but last week I bought 7 grams of shake for $100 including tax and it was low quality compared to anyone who had smoked G6 strain from verano 2 or 3 years ago. I went into your store today with 23 dollars and I couldn't even afford ONE GRAM of SHAKE Pre roll. You know some of have been to the west coast where its about $80 for an ounce of better weed than anything you have ever had on your shelf, i am personally offended that you think were this dumb. You have lost me as a customer id rather be sober than pay these prices.

Good experience with ordering and picking up. It seems the lines are shorter than some weeks ago. Ask for your vet/sen discount when picking up...Friendly cashiers. I use a debit card so I don't have to carry cash to purchase. Quality has always been top drawer. My tip is to try the flower shake if offered. Good value.

The people are nice, But as a recreational buyer you CANNOT buy flower (bud) because they NEVER Have flower in stock! vape or weak edib9are tje I my thing available... Bummer😪

Order online, get text: order ready. When you get there, order not ready. you wait while they then pull your items... Every visit the same. More dispensaries needed in Evanston. A little competition to help MedMen snap out of it. They are way too complacent. Enjoy Your Monopoly While It Lasts!

Horrible management

Very efficient process, quick and safety was top priority. I didn’t fully understand the process for online pickup but once I arrived it was super easy and went very smoothly.

Today was my first time in your business. I want to express my thank you and admiration to your staff for working so hard for your clientele. The process I just experienced is impacted by a world pandemic and you essentially put yourselves in the front line to care for your patients and recreational uses. I want to say that if this is how you service the public today -- I am very much looking forward to coming back again after our world returns to a new normal. Your system is taking all precautions for your staff and the public. I am confident that you will receive numerous compliments and fat tips! People say why do dispensary choose to remain open in such times? I say that you are both health workers and people who bring hope. Please take care and stay open as much as you can!

I've been here a handful of times and they are usually out of flower for recreational use. However they always have other alternatives, the staff is helpful, friendly and they are located in a convenient location where you can find parking.

5/5 because so happy they have consistency with flower selections on the rec side! I don’t have to go buy from my street dealer - I can buy smart and safe. Also, extremely close location!

All I can say is that this dispensary is the best I've visited in Illinois. The staff are incredible! They are very helpful and are up to date on the genetic profiles of the product/plant being offered and how that can be applied to patient needs. Kudos to Amber, Harrison, J.D., Ray and Marcy! Every single one of you rock!

Online ordering appears to broken for the last 2 days. I've tried different browsers/computer/phone. None appear to work. I see that online ordering works for other locations.

Today I picked up for the second time here, the service has been great. Staff is friendly and accommodating, I live close to 40 minutes away (the dispensaries near me are either medical only or always out of stuff). I placed my order this morning right at 10am online and it was ready within minutes. They message you when everything’s ready and give you a time frame to stop in and pick everything up. I was unable to make it to the time frame given since I live over 30 min away. I asked if I could be there a bit later and it was no issue at all.

Terrible service, mean employees, they made me feel like spending my hard-earned money there was a huge inconvenience for them. They wrangle you in some parking garage before you enter too, very strange. I will make sure that I tell my friends NOT to go here. Other dispensaries provide great customer service and are extremely friendly. I suggest this location of bafoon salesmen does the same.
