Great place and great staff. Didn't like the gcf i got but. I'm picky. Definitely recommended

This was my first visit and I was a little intimidated walking up to the building. However, one of the employees rushed to open the door and offered me a mask (they are required in here) and walked me up to her counter. She really walked me through everything step by step so I wasn't left wondering what to do or feeling stupid standing there. She was so kind and helpful! I sat and waited a minute or two for my order to be ready and the man that helped me was also so kind and helpful! He walked me through everything and I had no questions when I left because he had covered it all! I appreciate the wonderful assistance and the knowledge they shared with me. They have a BOMB staff here and I won't be going anywhere else!

I normally buy from another dispensary but this time I wasn’t near my normal one so I figured I would give MedMen a try again. I remember now why I don’t. The cost is just not worth it. The other local dispensary has better variety in stock at all times and the deals are better for the larger quantities you buy. If I wanted to buy a larger quantity I had to buy a bunch of the little packages which was just not convenient. Then the price that was more than double for the same strand at another place. Not a fan how they don’t list the prices of things out in a list so you can see how expensive things are, everywhere else lists it so there isn’t such a surprise when checking out. No matter if I was closer to a MedMen or not I’ll be driving to my usual place.

Luxlyte pens come shorted. I’ve had multiple pens and have gotten only 20 of the supposed 40 hits out of them. Upon calling them out, they didn’t replace my product and offered me a 20% discount for my next purchase as If that makes a difference. Very unsatisfied customer right now.

I was with another company for over a year and I always had issues with their products. One day I went to MedMen since the other place was closed on a Wednesday and had such a wonderful experience all the way around. Better product, more selection and great service! I’m now a returning customer.

Store is bright, welcoming, well organized. Staff are FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL and patiently take time to answer your questions and make recommendations if needed. Pharmacist was also willing to answer question cheerfully. 5 stars. No reason to go anywhere else!!!

This was my first time ordering on line e the going to pick it up. My order was ready when I got there. No waiting. Great place.

As usual the products are great and good sales Also,the staff is awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful.

Their awake and calm disposable pens were the best in the city. Pure cannabis oil. And good ease of use. They got rid of them and replaced it with some metallic carts, the same every other med shop has.

It would be nice if you could make the papa & Barkley releaf body oil CBD smell better. And I’ve said this many times to open at 9am. Thanks
