I asked for the calm and recieved the wrong product. credit card machine wasn't working and they only were taking cash and I did not receive a receipt. I Went back to the store and told her that she gave me the wrong products and all she said was I'm sorry. I didn't even leave The parking lot And now I am screwed. this place is a rip off

I normally buy from another dispensary but this time I wasn’t near my normal one so I figured I would give MedMen a try again. I remember now why I don’t. The cost is just not worth it. The other local dispensary has better variety in stock at all times and the deals are better for the larger quantities you buy. If I wanted to buy a larger quantity I had to buy a bunch of the little packages which was just not convenient. Then the price that was more than double for the same strand at another place. Not a fan how they don’t list the prices of things out in a list so you can see how expensive things are, everywhere else lists it so there isn’t such a surprise when checking out. No matter if I was closer to a MedMen or not I’ll be driving to my usual place.

This was a wonderful first experience for me here in Nys. I was immediately greeted with a pleasant hello and wave to come check in. Kelly Rutledge was my hospitality associate and she was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with. She answered any possible question I could think of and helped me decide what medicine I should go with. I would highly recommend this store.

The staff are absolutely awesome and wonderful, I just wish that when I place a leafly order it was actually faster like it is supposed to be. Especially after I get the notice that everything is ready for pickup and I sit there almost as long as a walk in.

The customer service is something other businesses could emulate. Adam, Jess, Jen and all other other employees greet me by name, ask about the family and vise versa. I go no where else because of them.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and my first time buying and they were very understanding of that and answered all of my questions, 10/10

Best staff anywhere, ever. They are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly…I could go on and on. Great product selection.

This was my first visit and I was a little intimidated walking up to the building. However, one of the employees rushed to open the door and offered me a mask (they are required in here) and walked me up to her counter. She really walked me through everything step by step so I wasn't left wondering what to do or feeling stupid standing there. She was so kind and helpful! I sat and waited a minute or two for my order to be ready and the man that helped me was also so kind and helpful! He walked me through everything and I had no questions when I left because he had covered it all! I appreciate the wonderful assistance and the knowledge they shared with me. They have a BOMB staff here and I won't be going anywhere else!

Jen was so kind and helpful when I talked to her about my difficulty with the pens. Jen was beyond patient, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She resolved my issues quickly.

Went for my monthly refill and met Michael for the first time. This guy needs to be recognized for his outstanding knowledge, ability to explain the products in a completely different way and make me understand! As well as his super friendly demeanor coupled with an empathetic ear. He wrote down everything I needed for the future as well! I spend around $350 a month. I want to try vaping and he has given me more information than anyone else had and I’ve talked to a lot of dispensaries. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this as I was never quite sure but he definitely sealed the deal with his expertise. I don’t normally write reviews but when I found out that Medmen employees do not get a commission, I was compelled to let someone in management know about this young mans EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING customer service!! He is truly an asset to your company and should be recognized as such...please keep this man happy and keep him there because I will continue to make the 45 min trek to have Michael take care of my monthly orders!

Great deals and service. The quality of the products is great. The store was busy, and so much to see, hence the 3 stars. Watch for awesome deals!

Jaime was unbelievably helpful. Not only did she get my daughters medication filled but she spent well over an hour straightening out her NY State medical marijuana card. I cannot express how grateful I am! ty so much again and I highly recommend!

When I went to MedMen on Friday 12/18 I was immediately greeted by Jen McH, who offered to check me in. I explained that I didn’t have a medical card & that I just wanted to buy a sweatshirt as a gift. Jen was more than happy to help me & was so patient while I made my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. She even told me about a sale they were having on apparel! Thank you Jen!!!
