The customer service was excellent Jen and Morgan were great at knowledgeable at their jobs and knew exactly what I needed I would absolutely come back !

Dejon was BEYOND helpful! He ensured that I'd have a great experience there when I came in (he also was a great help on the phone) He made my life as a caregiver easier than any other dispensary I've visited. 10/10, will only be shopping at medmen from now on!

Absolutely overpriced, minimal options. I had purchased over 20 disposable vapes all of them died way before the medicine was used up.

This was my first visit and I was a little intimidated walking up to the building. However, one of the employees rushed to open the door and offered me a mask (they are required in here) and walked me up to her counter. She really walked me through everything step by step so I wasn't left wondering what to do or feeling stupid standing there. She was so kind and helpful! I sat and waited a minute or two for my order to be ready and the man that helped me was also so kind and helpful! He walked me through everything and I had no questions when I left because he had covered it all! I appreciate the wonderful assistance and the knowledge they shared with me. They have a BOMB staff here and I won't be going anywhere else!

The staff at MedMen in Buffalo are, without a doubt, the kindest, well informed and patient group of people I've ever met!

I think their staffing is weird... rather than service customers waiting for check-out, they rush to the door to service new customers walking in. Prices are steep and with little competition I don't see them dropping anytime soon. It's funny they have a picture of a joint in the store but they can't sell flower.

I'm a 50-year-old housewife with very limited experience with cannabis. I went to a competitor of MedMen first, I live over an hour away from Buffalo and they were the closest. I got zero help with product selection, I was given a price sheet and told to pick out what I wanted. I left disappointed and confused about the products I picked and with no information on how they worked or how to take them. The next month I tried MedMen, it's a little farther away but what a difference. Jessica N. spent almost an hour talking me through all the different products. How Indica vs Sativa affects the body, how each product is taken, how long the effects last, and so on. She was very patient and understanding while helping me navigate this new medicine adventure. Thank you very much.

I asked for the calm and recieved the wrong product. credit card machine wasn't working and they only were taking cash and I did not receive a receipt. I Went back to the store and told her that she gave me the wrong products and all she said was I'm sorry. I didn't even leave The parking lot And now I am screwed. this place is a rip off

Exceptional customer service!! I visited for the first time today and was treated very well. Morgan the associate that assisted me was very kind and knowledgeable. The setup and atmosphere was very elegant. Definitely top of the line in the area. Highly recommended!!

Very nice store and location. Kelly was very knowledgeable and kind. Kelly understood what I needed and made sure I knew how to follow up for more products or questions. I am definitely coming back! Great place!

Staff are always friendly, and eager to help and always ask if I have any questions when picking up my online order which is great 👍 couldn't ask for a better place and warm welcoming environment to get my cannabis products from 10/10 recommended from me !
