Mary Mart - Tacoma Recreational

Mary Mart is a go-to spot whenever I'm in Tacoma. I've been coming here since it was at it's smaller location across the street and I've always had a very pleasant experience. I'm very satisfied with the selection and pricing. Today I decided to stop in to pick up an eighth before heading up to Seattle. It took several minutes before any of the budtenders serviced us, although we were the only ones in line. A friendly man then helped us, and apologized for our wait by offering a 10% discount, which was much appreciated. However, after we told him which strains we were interested in, he brought us a selection of other random products (including weed-infused liquor and personal lubricant). When we asked to see the weed, he brought us a bunch of strains we didn't ask for, but he said he recommended. I was really only interested in seeing two sativa strains. He also did not seem knowledgable about his product, like rolling papers and tips. Plus, we did not receive the 10% discount he mentioned earlier. All in all, we were really just looking for a quick stop and it turned into somewhat of an ordeal. We left with what we came for, but it honestly took way too long and I left with a grumpy feeling.

Was sold the wrong strain. I didn't realize until I was outside. Someone said all sales final so I won't be back.

Fabulous experience as a first-timer. My million questions were encouraged and answered. Chloe had so much knowledge to share and made me feel very comfortable and confident.

I have ordered a specific strain and vendor 3 times, been given a pick up time and each time I drive miles to pick up and each time you wait until I show up for my purchase to say "sorry we don't have it" 3 strikes you're out........I won't be back. There are other shops who treat customers much better.

I've been to most of the stores in my area and this is the one I prefer. their product is high quality, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their new location is really comfortable. this is my go to store.

Mary Mart impressed me greatly. The donations are fair, the selection is balanced and all of good quality, and the staff are all very helpful and happy people. I love shopping here, and will be using this as my primary recreational store for the foreseeable future. The only thing is I feel the store is a little too barren, maybe some display cases with other items would fill it in just right. I'm sure when they can, they will. Great store!

These people get 5 starts from me all around! I walked in was greeted kindly, was told wonderful recommendations, and the best part was that even though my wife and I are new to the industry we weren't talked to like we were dumb. This is our new home store! Thanks, guys!

Just moved to the Tacoma area and googled nearest weed store, had lots of stars so decided to go. So glad I did!! This place is AWESOME and has so many varieties, friendly and helpful staff, & most importantly they have some FIRE DRO!!! Been coming back ever since!

I've only been here twice, and both times I had the same staff member.. he was very attentive in helping me find the desired effect sought. He has a great knowledge of the product and of the menus which makes it a lot easier. Thanks C. 😺

The prices are bit high to be right down the street from Emerald leaves, but the environment changes so much between the two. Only a block away but from laid back blue collar and up at Emerald to crisp white collars and loafers at MaryJ's. I didn't feel too comfortable and as such I didn't purchase anything,

Extremely Overpriced , the same quality of Marijuana can be bought at World Of Weed on Portland Ave for 20$ an eighth lol , highway robbery because of the location walked in and left right away after seeing 18$ grams

excellent selection, good prices, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! I would recommend this place over any others on the south end. absolutely top notch!

I am disappointed with the the outcome on my first visit. I asked for a strain called UW for insomnia. The bud tender strongly steered me in the wrong direction telling me to go with OG Chem and that is more sedative than UW. I bought it and when i wasnt falling asleep i looked it up and found out that it is a sativa dominant hybrid. Called talked to manager and he said it is against the law to return or swap bud back and forth. Told me all he can do is give me a 10 percent discount. Disappointing, but I guess it is what it is.

I like that they have multiple lines.

My favorite weed shop. They have a pretty big selection. Online ordering is convenient. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend checking out Mary Mart!

Can't say enough good things about this place! My first visit was yesterday. Very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable staff, quality product, clean and inviting space, good vibes all around. Skip the other shops in Tacoma and head over here...you won't be disappointed!
