the best weed store in tacoma!

Absolutely horrible service. The guy behind the counter wouldn't let me pick my own strain and kept insisting on what he liked. Even after I told him I didn't want to try a strain he kept putting in front of me. This place came highly recommended from a lot of people I know and while I'm sure the product is great, the guy behind the counter was so domineering I wasn't going to spend any of my money. I'm not into being up sold on strains and brands I literally say no to. Nice shop though.

This place is amazing

very nice little family run shop. Best prices by far I have found locally on small size CV vault (if you dont know what this is you are seriously missing out). Had Zen X first time (some of the best bud I ever smoked) second time I got Ripped Bubba (not as impressed)

These guys rock!!! Super friendly...they love their jobs! Lol. Best selections best prices! Don't know what you want?..they can help, they KNOW their products! Don't waste your time and money going any where else.. come to THE BEST!

This is a nice location for Rec shop to open, nice and clean, but prices a bit to high, and not the warmest staff compares to other shops. Wont come here due to the price and lack of enthusiasm.

SOme of the people are nice and professional like Laurie but most of them are not very good at customer service. And if I am spending close to $1000 a month in store I don't expect to have to wait in line and watch no less than 6 people who came in after me get helped before I get helped. AND why am I waiting for an employee to be waited on when they don't stand in line like the rest of the paying public? Not cool. The owner needs to reevaluated how they approach customer service. That is unless you don't care about the customer that spends. The only reason I shop here now is for the Acapulco Gold from pioneer Nuggets that I currently can't get in Tacoma except at Mary mart. All my other purchases are being made at other locations. As soon as the other locations get Acapulco gold in stock I will be switchiong completely. Too bad becasue like I said some of the staff were great - nice and professional.

I always have amazing service here. The budtenders recommend great products. The store is beautiful, clean, and they carry a wide variety of everything.

Mary Mart is a go-to spot whenever I'm in Tacoma. I've been coming here since it was at it's smaller location across the street and I've always had a very pleasant experience. I'm very satisfied with the selection and pricing. Today I decided to stop in to pick up an eighth before heading up to Seattle. It took several minutes before any of the budtenders serviced us, although we were the only ones in line. A friendly man then helped us, and apologized for our wait by offering a 10% discount, which was much appreciated. However, after we told him which strains we were interested in, he brought us a selection of other random products (including weed-infused liquor and personal lubricant). When we asked to see the weed, he brought us a bunch of strains we didn't ask for, but he said he recommended. I was really only interested in seeing two sativa strains. He also did not seem knowledgable about his product, like rolling papers and tips. Plus, we did not receive the 10% discount he mentioned earlier. All in all, we were really just looking for a quick stop and it turned into somewhat of an ordeal. We left with what we came for, but it honestly took way too long and I left with a grumpy feeling.

Fabulous experience as a first-timer. My million questions were encouraged and answered. Chloe had so much knowledge to share and made me feel very comfortable and confident.

My favorite store to go to. Workers are always friendly and willing to help.

I would be embarrassed to say I work there..... better attitudes by employees, went with a list of buds I wanted to try and there out of 4 of the 5 I was looking for.... very very poor inventory of entire store... .... thank goodness this shop is WAY outta the way for me cause on my 1st and probably only visit I was horribly disappointed

Seriously, thank you Andre, you and all of Mary Mart are legendary. I always come in, not having a single idea of what I want, but the budtenders here actually know what they're selling. They're kind and patient! Which is REALLY important and they support Medical Patients.

I've been to most of the stores in my area and this is the one I prefer. their product is high quality, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their new location is really comfortable. this is my go to store.

Visited for the third time today, was once again assisted by Star. Although they didn't have the strain I wanted at the price point I was looking for, she recommended another that ended up being even better. Consistently good service from this store; will be returning.

The staff is very knowledgeable here. They can find great substitutes and always seem to have what I am specifically looking for.

Nice to have choices other than the initial shops that opened in the area. Better quality, better prices, better service here than other places in the area. Will return.

Walked into Mary Mart right before closing. Found a nice, clean joint (pun intended) and had great chat with Noel behind the counter. Ended up purchasing a $20 gram of Highwayman from Doc & Yeti, good quality herb @ 19% THC. Sounds like they're continually updating the interior. Look forward to checking out bamboo flooring on my next visit.

Recently, Mary Mart's $25/$30 eights have been literal garbage. Steer clear of any inventory labeled "The Local" as this stock was harvested a year ago, and often has a disproportionate amount of stem. Despite their horrible lower-range price options, Mary Mart does have consistently good service and friendly staff.
