Quality: 1 star. Non-prepackaged products are consistently underweight by 4-5%. Service: 2 stars. First, staff was OK. Second, store does not accept DEBIT cards, but they are more than happy to point you to their ATM which of course there is a fee to use. Third, my order was incorrectly fulfilled. Did not realize this until out the door, and of course, theres no returns once you leave. Incorrectly fulfilled orders, and especially underweight non-prepackaged products is enough for me to write this location off permanently and warn others to avoid this location as well.

while I waited in the lobby the receptionist and customers were laughing and joking around the front desk trying to talk over one another. It echoed so loud I wanted to cover my ears. i get to the back there is no order back there I just kinda stood there with three other people they brought from the lobby with me like what do I do. I go up to the counter and ask the guy if he was busy and he was high as a kite. not that that's a bad thing but I came in knowing what I wanted and told him and I literally waited at the register for them to grab my bud for like 10-15 mins while him and another cashier kept repeating my order while helping the people who came in after me and kept saying some one needed to grab it from the back but nobody was acting on it. I'll give it another shot in a month or two when they hopefully figure things out.

Curio Golden Strawberry is one of the best strains. Happy you stocked and that Leafly menu reflected what was in the actual store. Great business

My first time here I went looking for G6 because it was advertised on their menu. I get there and they don't have any more. OK fine. My second time going I call beforehand to see if they have it in stock. The lady replies very blandly yes they do. I say cool cool thank you. I show up no less than an hour later and they tell me they have it but it's in the back and won't be ready for another hour. Ironic because as i was leaving my first trip here, a lady walked in and had this exact same complaint (call ahead for confirmation, yet arrive to the dispensary to be disappointed) I didn't even want to go to Mary & Main in the first place because they have literally the worst selection and literally the worst prices. There's hardly any specials going on and their online menus never match up to what they actually have. This is not the experience you want from a dispensary. Go anywhere else

I'm so pissed right now but I did it to myself. I already know Mary and Main on some bs when it comes to customer service/selection/pricing but I got a text yesterday that they'd have Black Afghan in stock today, and with a houseful of family guests and trying to juggle fam stuff, I figured WTH and called in an order for an 8th at 10am. First off, I had to call it in this morning because it was nowhere to be found on their site or Leafly. Second, when I called, they put me on hold 10 mins before the call disconnected. Then I called back only to hear a message that they're unavailable. Third call back, dude half ass takes my name and order while laughing and talking to other people at the same time. Professional right? Ffwd to 6pm, I stop what I'm doing ,rush out the house to get pickup before they close only to find dude on the phone never took my order and they sold out. They tried to make it "right" by offering me other strains. GTFOH Thank you for wasting my time!

I’ve just started going to Mary & Main, they are wonderful. I’ve been three times and every time it’s better than before. The individual service and attention is outstanding. Quality products from the balm I use on my knee to the variety of flower. Best of all are the happy hour prices, between 4 & 7, right in time for getting off work and relaxing. Happy, happy, happy!

I'm in love with Mary & Main, they make me feel alright,they make my heart sing! What a wonderful place! As a senior, I'm so happy to have found a dispensary that cares about my needs. Mary & Main has a very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. From check in to check out, I feel like a valued customer,and so far, their recommendations have been spot on! They take time to educate me and they make sure that I am confident in understanding my product, dosing and effect. They even gave me a journal to record my experience, very cool and very helpful. I highly recommend this dispensary!

Very helpful and professional. Been here three times now and every single interaction was great. Staff I've met were knowledgeable and had patience with my many questions. I've had a few different strains from here all from conversations from the staff (I came in with predetermined strains) and all we're good. Clean and safe atmosphere and they play good music too!

The overall knowledge and expertise was amazing they helped break down what products would best fits my needs as well as the quality of the flowers were A1 I recommend for all first timers as well as those who are well versed in the lifestyle

Great shop, great location. If you have not visited please do. Prices beat what I have seen in PG county. Last week was my 1st time there and I got some Guerrilla Glue Gelato. It was great. Today I got some Shark Shock. 40-3.5. You can look on the menu and they can have it ready for you. Very professional.

This my local go to dispensary. With daily jaw dropping specials, open 7 days a week and loyalty rewards, it's like my 2nd home. I'm partially hearing impaired with other medical afflictions and just like Cheer's, everybody knows your name. From the start to finish very professional customer service and knowledgeable budtenders which is key when you have afflictions to address. Mary is my Main

Hmmm. Well I want to start by saying that I'm super happy this dispensary is open. It's in PG, black owned and operated. That's great. However, they are a little disorganized. They'll bring several people back at once and some guests are just left standing around aimlessly. I also had a friend that went and because he got there about 1/2 hour to closing time, he felt rushed and didn't get the explanation or assistance that he should have as a first time customer. That was disappointing. One last thing that I think they need to work on is a menu. They have screens where you can look at the menu but they are kind of difficult to see. Placed way up high behind the counter and small print.b Most other dispensaries have a booklet that they update that customers can look at. Other than that, usually the staff is pretty personable and nice. Most of them know what they are talking about although there are few employees who seem to always go to the same 2-3 guys for answers to questions. M&M also usually has a good selection with a good variety. I think because they just opened a few months back that they need to work out the kinks. Hopefully they read the reviews.

Disliked everything about the place. Staff lacks knowledge. Whole time I was there I wasn't addressed by name, I was what's up bruh what you need bruh. Come on disrespectful. Reception was cold, nothing friendly felt impersonalble. Never going back.......

I honestly had amazing experience at Mary and main. The atmosphere was beyond perfect. This was actually my first time in a dispensary, and I could’ve have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend buying from them again. I got the Clementine strain. A preroll, and a cart that was lemon skunk. Definitely will be coming back.

why do you Not display the THC & CBD specs. of your products on line????

I like the fact that the staff is super friendly. The location and atmosphere is cool. However, they are expensive with a boring selection. I am also unclear about how the loyalty reward points work. Thinking of these things are often a determining factor if I go to them or drive somewhere else that’s 30 minutes away.

I didn't see my points accumulate on my receipt although the tender suggested next time I purchased I'd see them and promised they were there. Uh ok! I was invited on a tour, not sure if one was apart of the first time patient walk through. The reminder of my time was spent well and informative exchanges. Not sure of their product only of what I received. The One Year Anniversary was nice. Packed and freebies. I attended the FREE cooking class session offered. Great daily deal, open 7 days a week.
