I'm so pissed right now but I did it to myself. I already know Mary and Main on some bs when it comes to customer service/selection/pricing but I got a text yesterday that they'd have Black Afghan in stock today, and with a houseful of family guests and trying to juggle fam stuff, I figured WTH and called in an order for an 8th at 10am. First off, I had to call it in this morning because it was nowhere to be found on their site or Leafly. Second, when I called, they put me on hold 10 mins before the call disconnected. Then I called back only to hear a message that they're unavailable. Third call back, dude half ass takes my name and order while laughing and talking to other people at the same time. Professional right? Ffwd to 6pm, I stop what I'm doing ,rush out the house to get pickup before they close only to find dude on the phone never took my order and they sold out. They tried to make it "right" by offering me other strains. GTFOH Thank you for wasting my time!

After my disappointing trip to Mana today, I decided to take a trip to Greenlight Therapeutics because they have a first time patient deal of 25% off (which is amazing considering most only offer 10% off). I saw the elusive Dosidos 22 on their menu and wanted to see if it's as good as everyone's saying. Afternoon traffic sucked coming from Annapolis but I'm so glad I made that trip. Parking is easy. Walked in and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. He had me checked in within just a few minutes. He was really knowledgeable about the products and pricing during my short wait. Very nice vibe in there. They called me back very quickly. Looks like it's mostly deli style. Unfortunately they sold out of the dosidos but I loaded up on a few other things because the discount is so great. Greenlight has a points system that goes by dollars spent. The points do not expire and the rewards are actually attainable unlike other spots (**cough Green Leaf**) Awesome service by the budtender. Answered all of my questions with a smile (I ask a lot). They have a tip jar and I gladly slid a few bucks in because I appreciated the pleasant experience. It's definitely worth stopping in if you're in the Millersville/Bowie area. Oh, and bomb RSO selection too. I was told they do a 20% off all edibles once a week (forgot the day) and that includes RSO

I live 45 mins south but make the trip once every week or two because the quality and service are the best if any dispensary in MD that I have visited. One suggestion - educate both male and female staff on female issues such as severe menstrual periods, endometriosis, menopause etc so they are able to make recommendations. I came in one day needing a strain that helps with cramps and no one had a clue what to recommend
