Very friendly greeter who checked me in, only a few sativas to choose from which was a bit disappointing, and the woman who I ordered from scolded me for having an expired license, and told me I wasn't even "allowed to be in her store" when I asked if I could just buy rolling papers. I found what I needed at a gas station afterwords. Welcome to Vermont!

I’ve been in a couple of times with preorders, It seems that 1 of the budtenders likes to have long conversations with everyone. She was with the same customer even after I left and I waited a while for the other tender

Cold atmosphere

Went there for the first time. Liked how you don’t have staff following you around as you browse. Liked how you get to shop without having a salesperson looking over your shoulder. Once done shopping for what you want, you stand in line to wait for an available staff person. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable about the products, but I think more training is needed to finalize the loyalty rewards program and how it works. Hopefully they will accept debit cards in the future as well. Otherwise, it was an easy process and definitely will return. Excellent location and plenty of parking. Thank you!

Of all the dispensaries I have visited so far (this is the 4th) in VT thus far Magic Mann is easily the nicest laid out, friendliest staff (owner Meredith Mann is a true medicine woman and healer) and most importantly most knowledge staff. Great selection of flower and other products as more arriving every day. I'd highly recommend especially if cannabis is new to you or you are looking for more info on what and how to utilize their products to their fullest potential! Sunshine #4 Familytree Farms 29.44% THC looks frosty and has a pleasent pineneene terp aroma and visual appeal. Trim is "rustic" and early hand done. This one will a fix you you your friend and the people in the apartment next door firmly on your couch for a fun immediate high. Overall grade A....

Truly a magical experience. The store is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and they literally have something for everyone. For years now I have been searching for a strain that would help with multiple medical issues, while still being able to function! I found it in SCOOPS! Check out this fabulous store....you won't regret it!! I will be shopping here for years to come!

Great store, great layout, great quality, very friendly staff. But for the love of God why do you charge more than everybody else for the exact same product?! I can’t recommend this store to anybody in good faith because of that. I will return again once your prices are more in line with everybody else in the state.

Really not sure why some people strictly on leafly don't like this place, there's only been one time out of my numerous times here I felt some of them were a little cold but people have bad days, and not every dispensary is going for a "weed culture" vibe, the people here are professional and have shared their personal experiences to guide me when I come in with a certain purpose, it's my go to dispensary.

Employees were awesome and super knowledgeable. Product was disappointing, the low key alchemy hash rosin vape cart I purchased was already leaking upon opening so I lost a good amount of product prior to first use. Sign on door says all sales final so kind of a disappointment.
