They are doing a good job even with Covid going on. They are doing only curb side and wearing gloves and masks, and bins that don't require anyone touching anything except the bin with your fingertips.

The brownie I got here has really helped my sleep. Prices are decent and service is good :)

Very uncomfortable feeling but about average stuff

Of all the dispensaries I've been to, this is by far my least favorite. Three different incidents were disappointing. 1. Several weeks after they opened, I did a walk-in. Having checked the inventory on Leafly, it seemed they had a number of items that looked interesting. After a 30 minute wait in the lobby, I was led in to the store to find they had several strains of flower available for Rec and that was it. When I expressed my confusion about the inventory on Leafly, the gentleman said, "Oh, you can't trust the inventory on Leafly." Then don't display it there... 2. For the next visit, I decided to try curbside. An hour or so after placing my order, I received a text indicating that the order was ready for pickup. I drove over and, from the time I pulled into the pickup spot until I received my order, the wait was 50 minutes. There was a steady stream of traffic but the store did not seem overwhelmed with cars; there was generally one pickup spot open during the entire 50 minutes. 3. For the third experience, someone picked up an oil cartridge for me. Personally, I hate the fact that everything is a blend with no idea what the actual contents are. But, having said that, the price was a little bit better for .5g than the other local Rec stores, so I decided to give it a try. I have never had a cart plug up so often or so soon. The thing isn't even half empty and it is clogging every time I set it down. Note that I actually store the cart standing up in hopes of avoiding clogging but it makes no difference. On rare occasions, other carts will clog but it's usually toward the end, as the cart is getting close to empty. These folks are not worth the hype or the time.

$80 for 50%+thc Lume brand concentrates is a joke.

The first time I came to the Lume they blew me away with their quality service. It took literally 3 minutes to get me in their database and I was already checking out flower before I knew it. The employees at the Lume are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to helping you find what you need. I definitely recommend this dispensary, I prefer it to the dispensaries in Detroit that I used to go to.

This place is great! Nice parking lot,big spacious place. Great prices compared to lake affect and they even put the bud in cute little hermetically sealed containers!

Loved it, great first experience

The grand opening didn't have any freebies like the other places in town. The decor was nice and the staff smiled well but the medicine seemed subpar at best. I will only be back if it is a matter of convenience.

First dispensary experience and it was great! I wasn't sure what to expect but reception was very nice and the customer service is top shelf, even for a noob like myself. I highly recommend stopping by. Tyler

Their prices are competitive. One of few places that offers a straight up Sativa. The staff is super nice and the store is bright and clean(huge waiting room). Not sure how they can afford the unique packaging but I do not mind. I would shop here again even though they are on the other side of town from me.

Picked up some Do Si Dos. The facility is very clean and has a very nice professional look. I like that they list terpene percentages on their flower. Good service they answered all questions I had. The flower I got was excellent. I like the glass jars they put their flower in. I also got a good discount for my first visit.
