Lume Cannabis Co. - Walled Lake

Absolutely terrible service. They would not accept my medical card from the state registry website because I did not have the physical card and tried to tell me it’s the law in Michigan that you have to have a physical card. (Which this is not the law in any state) I gave my ID to them 4 times and they scanned it once however the female receptionist insisted that they did not scan my card. She refused to allow me to enter without giving her my ID again. I asked for the support number and they gave me a text line. How unprofessional first off and secondly you lost my business that you never even had to begin with. I left and went down the road and purchased my medicine with my medical card from the registrar website and paid less.

The moment my girlfriend and I entered your walled lake location it was very clear that customer service is not a top priority. My girlfriend walked up to the front desk to ask what she was suppose to do since every dispensary is different, the women behind the desk SNAPPED at her about social distancing. No one should ever speak to medical patients the way the lady at the desk talked to her. Once we were told to stand in line we did just that. I now adjusted my mask and the larger bearded gentleman behind the desk YELLED at me about my mask while HIS mask was not covering his whole face. Once again customer service isn’t a priority. So we finally get into the showroom and we were so lucky to have Trevor as our bud tender and he was absolutely AMAZING! Only descent person at that location. So while my girlfriend was being helped by Trevor, I went over to look at the flower. While I was looking at the different types of flower I found the Cinderella X and fell in love so while I was looking at it one of the other bud tenders snapped at me and everyone looked at me suddenly. I would have not touched anything if the sign that says that wasn’t the size of a business card. At that point I said Fuck it and didn’t want to give them a single dime so I walked out while I girlfriend finished up and purchased over $120 worth of products. While I was sitting in the car Trevor came to the car and apologized again about everything that transpired inside. We will never come back to walled lake LUME or any of its other locations. I will go to the other dispensary down the street called green house. I wish I could be writing a good review but I can’t. Only thing I can say is that Trevor was a delight to work with.

A friend of mine had referred me here as she shops at Lume. I ordered delivery an hour ago and the hours say that they aren’t closed. I got a confirmation email, but on the website there is no way to track my delivery. I live 2 miles away so it shouldn’t take nearly this long to bag up my products and bring them to me. Ive called them numerous times and the phone just rings, nobody comes to the phone and I’m very frustrated. To have to spend at least $125 to even qualify for delivery, and then nobody picks up the phone or let’s me know if my order is on the way tells me a lot about the customer service. I will never come in to shop and I will never order delivery from here again. From now on, the Greenhouse will be getting my money.

The staff is very nice and helpful, I definitely will be recommending this place for others and will continue to be coming here for the products I need!

Lume is not a quality brand that I would recommend. The dispensary is sad and dull, employees look and act like angry zombies, and the staff is not knowledgeable about their own branded products or the products they sell. They have a very limited selection and as a lot of others have pointed out in reviews the services is very slow and unfriendly. I had high hopes for Lume, but they are nothing more than a fancy brand with overpriced products. There are lots of other dispensaries that have friendly, knowledgeable staff. Finally, I don't particularly appreciate how they put orders in their branded bags. It advertises to the world that I have use marijuana when I prefer to be discrete about my life.

Didn't like the parking. It was very unorganized. The flower looked good, smell good but wasn't good. They mainly carry their store "brand" and was pushed (recommended) to buy the Lume Brand. Very limited selected of name brand flower.

Placed online order for delivery. Three hours later, no contact, no calls. I placed a call to customer service asking for status. Received call back from the store, their drivers have gone home for the day. I was then told I would need to place the order before 3 PM to get delivery. No where on their website does it say that. 1st and last time I will use their service. Go to the Green House instead.

Lume is a great dispensary the customer service is lovely and the edibles are a personal favorite. However I don’t see myself going back. The pre rolls I recently purchased burned very poorly and barely pulled enough to even experience any type of high. I also experienced many complications with curbside because the establishment allows for customers who are inside to park in the designated curbside assistance parking. I was told by an employee to park in a spot I could not be served in which resulted in me having to get out the car and wait in line, which I found very frustrating and inconvenient considering my order was for curbside. Once again, this is a nice establishment but I will be taking my business else where.

I have never have as much problems at other dispensary like I do with lume. Went there today to pick up my order and received a text stating curbside closed due to weather. I’m sorry it wasn’t even raining I asked if my husband can come in cause I am unable to walk just came back from seeing orthopedic and they said yes but when he came in they told him I need to come in. First the online apts don’t work for medical I had stated that before and was told by employee that a lot of people complain about it but according to the employee the company doesn’t care that’s not there first priority but yet they give me a hard time when I order from recreational and they have to do the discount so I get an attitude every time. The products r good but all the problems it’s like going thru hoops they need to stop hiring young kids.

Inside not open due to current situation with covid 19 but pics looked nice. Ryan G was awesome. Very informative, professional and quick. They have top shelf and a lot of good stuff way cheaper. Def will visit again.

My first visit to Lume was exceptional! I had several questions before I made my online order. The staff was happy to help answer all of my questions. Lume has taken the proper procedures to ensure staff and customers are managed safely during covid 19 . I arrived waited briefly to be greeted at a distance from staff who took my information and retrieved my pre order. They also informed me of product discounts and savings . I HIGHLY😉recommend Lume Walled Lake.

After moving to Oakland County I could not find a good dispensary. Lume has been the answer to my prayers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had never been to a dispensary before and these guys made me feel right at home. They set me up with a quality, potent product at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to Lume Walled Lake for all my cannabis needs. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program to save some coin if you are a frequent customer.

I love this place! the people are super friendly, great product and pricing, and when things get back to normal (state of emergency) they'll be recycling their awesome glass containers for a discount on your order. I don't live close but I definitely don't mind driving 30 miles to enjoy their product. highly recommend!

Now that recreational cannabis is a thing....Lume in Walled Lake has become my go to - one stop shop for all of my recreational needs. From extracts to flower to pre-roll to edibles...Lume has it all at an affordable price!! The quality is top notch! Their packaging is amazing and the atmosphere is super chill! And to add the icing on the cake.....they offer online ordering and curbside pick up during this national crisis were all going through. You cant beat it! Forget the other guys!! Come shop with Lume!!

We finally have a dispensary in Walled Lake that's at least 50% or more CHEAPER than the green house for the same or better meds. Recreational sales begin in about a couple of weeks and they offer only curbside sales and pick up because of the Coronavirus. I highly recommend this place.
