Remarkably terrible management and unbelievably bad product. Don't bother finding something you like here. They won't have it again. I've also never seen unhappier people at a pot shop.

Unknowledgeable and rude staff and always put of stock and trying to shove bammer down my throat I'll never come here again this is the 3rd time leaving empty handed

As a “man of a certain age”, and an anxiety sufferer, I have been hesitant to try the ridiculously strong weed that’s out now compared to when I was a kid. I’ve had some bad experiences.
I learned online about THC and CBD, and went to see if I could finally find something that wouldn’t have me holding onto the couch to keep from flying away into the mental hospital.
These guys were very polite and professional and knew exactly what I needed. I got a 3:1 CBD:THC, and couldn’t be happier. No anxiety, very slight/mellow high. IBS almost completely gone. Went back today and bought an 1/8. Good prices too.

I went here as a back up due to the close location and I’ll never go back there ... first off the game of “Simon Says” is totally ridiculous! The fact they make you take off a baseball hat just to enter the store is STUPID! All other shops don’t do that !!! You don’t need to take your hat off to buy beer , cigarettes or even enter a bar .... stupid! Then after you gain access you get hit in the face with nothing but MIDS! Total garbage selection! If you are low on money then this is your place but for a weed snob like myself STAY AWAY!

First I would like to say everyone is friendly and and never had an issue with customer service. But as far as flower selection goes.... well there really isn’t one. The first few times I came I was happy with the whole experience. But I would have to say out of the last 10 times I came by I walked out with out buying about 3 or 4.. step up the inventory and you guys would be great!

Weird way to pick out what you want with cards from the display cases that I figured out after a while. Atmosphere of the store seemed sketchy. Not a big variety of inventory.

Buyer beware! Lucid no longer guarantees the vape carts they sell and if you are the unlucky few that receive a defective product, you are out $$$! They don’t warn you of this either! Bought a cartridge yesterday and after opening it today, it doesn’t hit. Went in with my receipt thinking they would swap it out and Lucid said because of COVID I am S.O.L. 😡 Totally unfair...WON’T be back!

I want to give kudos to Nathan. My roommate and I are what I would call high maintenance and he handled our transaction flawlessly. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and they sell good products for a fair price. Well see you guys soon.....p.s. (If Nathan's boss reads this...give him a raise) 😁

least favorite store. always out of stock for concentrate. 6 people working the floor but only 1 register open. Cashiers often forget to add the early bird discount when there before 9 am. all in all very displeased with this location.

Best setup for shopping of any dispensary I've visited in Washington. Love the ability to see the product and compare prices by myself before interacting with budtenders. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Personally I'm a fan of cheap flower, and they always have a variety to choose from.

I love this shop! Have been coming here for over 6 months now and don't shop anywhere else. The staff has always been nice, kind, informative, knowledgeable and all around great people! I've been getting high for over 47 years now.....and so happy to have found a great little shop. Thank You!!!!

Just got the worst service ever. Guy at the door tells me ALL flower is 15% off. Made my selection, got to the counter, and was told that it wasn't discountable. When I told the guy at the counter that the door man needs to change his wordage, he discounted my request and called me an A-Hole on my way out.. Never again will I be back to ANY Lucid location, unless of course they make this right..

I went yesterday. Store is very dark. Cabinets are not lighted. Several empty shelves. No menus on the counters, you find the card that has what you want and hand it to the budtender. Problem? Lots of cards missing. Wanted four things, but only got two because I only had cards two things and by the time I got to the front of the line, I had forgotten the other things that I wanted! Budtender wasn't very friendly. wasn't told about any deals. Didn't have any thing hanging up or on the counters about specials. Only two budtenders while employees kept going in and out of the back and the lines kept getting longer. Waited in line for almost half an hour! No, I didn't see anyone wiping down the counters with hand sanitizer at all. I live about two minutes from this store but would drive to 112th St. or to the Bud Barn in Yelm or to Mr. Bills before I would ever visit this store again.

Honestly it’s so sad that this is the only dispensary in this location. The customer service is horrible most dispensaries will ask you what you’re looking for and help you out this dispensary doesn’t care and just tells you you need to look and get a card. Their product is garbage. They never have anything good and the crappy stuff is way to over priced. I felt like I was rushed and wasn’t helped.

Went there to buy my first oil pen. It was totally non functional. I went straight back and showed the guy who sold it to me in case I was doing something wrong. He confirmed it was broken but said due to covid that they could just sell me a broken product and too bad for me. He offered me an insulting discount on additional products but I left and will not be returning.

Love this place and the people. Manager had everything breaking on her when trying to cash us out and gave us a 25% discount for maybe an extra 5 minutes wait. Great service for sure

Amazing prices for smoker on a budget, but they don't have a very good selection for ounces or half ounces. Not very potent ganja unless you're buying 1/8 or less than you find the stronger buds. Definitely my go to dispensary for sure.

Made an account just to leave a review and because the average review score is way too high. This has to be the slowest dispo in Washington. I’m usually taking at least 30 min to get in and out which is time I could have spent getting high. Plenty of times I’ve seen Product on their website that’s in stock but isn’t when I get to the store. The way they lay out their product is very unapproachable and leaves it up to the customer to figure out what they want. If you don’t see something you like, then you need to ask the clerk which then slows down lines even more. It’s very frustrating waiting in line for 20 min, having three employees walking in and out of the showroom and only one Is interacting with customers. The employees are pretty great at least. I live walking distance from this place but I’m getting to the point where I’ll drive into Tacoma or Fife just for a better experience . Please, if anyone from lucid is reading this, get rid of the cards. Put your inventory on the walls and hire more bud tenders.
