So... I like the place. Been here a few times, but this last one? Caught me weird-- I had ID in hand, held them up- she took them, mentioned not to give them to the bud tender because of COVID... But happy to take my money 😂👌 with out so much as a peep about WHERE it had been....plus no military discount... ? If you're that concerned? Put gloves on and don't touch your face with them on like everyone else seems to do... 😎🤙

I used to shop around at a bunch of other dispensaries in Salem, but as of the past couple months I've just been going here. They've been awesome. They always have a good selection with nice deals.

Was recommended by a friend... because the bud tender understood what "Dank" meant... and recommended some great flower that did the job. I was sold on that and went in.... was pleasantly surprised. My experience has been excellent. Twice I have been served by Catie. She knows WTF is up with their flower and dab stock. Told her what I wanted, and she delivered. I actually was going to walk out because what I was looking for was gone... she overheard, then recommended a different strain. I walked out with Z and was very happy (great price for Farm and strain... almost half price for same thing in different dispensary). Next trip was even better. Solid recommendations for new strains and also got me a great deal on some B-buds on an old favorite. Caitie has been an excellent, educated, attentive Bud Tender. Also - prerolls: house prerolls were great. Packed well, smoked evenly with no crumbling cherry bombs and wastful running. One smooth smoking joint. Fair price. Fresh flower. Quality dabs. Qualified Bud Tender. 5-stars

I stopped off at this place last Friday and bought a few items...well one of the cartridges that I purchased was not working. I travel to Salem once a week to shop for my business. I was very happy at first with this business overall. When I returned today to replace the non working cartridge (I drove over 30 miles) they told me they could not replace being it was open and over 7 days. Well..... I had to open it to find out it didn’t work, right?? I let the fellow know that I just wanted to replace it and purchase a full gram and other stuff.... spend some money.... after I left this business I then stopped off at another dispensary down the road in which was treated very well and told them what happened. They were surprised being they just send it back to the distributor and they personally never treat there customers like that when they have issues similar to mine

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

Love the feeling I got from this place. Very open and inviting. The product and pricing were beyond expectations. Very good selection at very good prices. On a side note...yesterday I purchased a Who cartridge from you are then saw that one of your deals was if you bought a Who cartridge you got a free vape battery. Will you gals still honor that special if I come back down with my receipt? Thanks again for everything else and if you are unable to that's cool, I understand.

My husband and I have been talking about visiting this shop since it opened. We finally decided to go and the prices!! No one can find better prices then this shop for a great high THC content and quality. Customer service was amazing. They will NOT let you smell their concentrates. I wanted to buy a $60-$80 gram of happy cabbage and was not allowed to check out the product. I went up the road where they were more than willing to let me see the product. Ended up paying $72. I’ll pay extra if I know what I’m buying otherwise what is the point?

This dispensory is good. But be careful with one of the female budtenders. I usually buy $5 gram specials. One time I bought 1gram and she charged me $6.70 next time I bought another gram and she charged me $8.00. Why I didn't say anything? Because I usually pay with a 20$ bill and she doesn't count your money back nor gives you a recipt therfor I notices when I had left, and on top of that I might've been to high In a peaceful mood that I wouldn't go complain.

Good quality buds. The quality of staff is declining over the last few months though. I was refused service today by a guy with an attitide, because he said i had an attitude. They appear to have a new policy of asking for ID to look at buds and again when checking out.

Every time, I am greeted and treated with respect. I enjoy the selection and the service they provide. Knowledgeable when talking about the strains I was looking at and made me feel confident in what I was bringing home.

lazy, ignorant, disrespectful budtenders! the people that work here do nothing but waste your time. they can't locate product right in front of them. they can't count change. not going back... learned my lesson
