I went in for a special on the wrong day and even though I was in the wrong they still worked to get me the best medicine possible within my budget. I will definitely be back to support a great business with exceptional customer service.

This shop has all you need in looking for in med/rec dispensary . There staff is always knowledgeable and respectful . Great prices ! AND the Bud there is always FIRE!! Now AM livingwell😁

I use to go to OG and The Joint not anymore. This is the place I will only go to. Prices are great. The flowers look amazing and smell amazing. Haven't had a bad experience in this dispensary. I recommend to go here you won't be disappointed.

Stopped by to visit and ask questions, I was made to feel very uncomfortable by management, left the property without making a purchase.

They got their shit figured out. I asked for something and the girls immediately knew what to recommend. Now my favorite dispensary.

Been to a couple dispensaries, but this one by far I never hesitate to go back to. Plus all the girls are super nice and helpful!

I would recommend this place, prices are good. Product decently priced and staff are very knowledgeable of the various items they sell.

Location is good. Tall, dark haired female crushed all the meds I was getting. Then tried to start an argument in front of a full store of customers because I asked her to not crush my meds and asked why I didn’t get a military discount on non discounted items that I’ve gotten the discount on before. I think she hates military. I think she hates other women. I think she hates anyone who asks question or for help. Thank GOD for the lady with the purple mowhawk! She finished our transaction and apologized for the other lady’s behavior. The other lady should NOT BE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!!! This is NOT the first time this has happened with HER ONLY. I’m done with Livewell as long as she works there.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are some of the best I've found on the strains I've been looking for. They were the only dispensary in my area that carried Blue Dragon Desert Frost resin. If you're looking for a high (no joke) CBD flower/resin, they are the place to get it at a great price. Will no doubt be a customer for a long time.

I went in last night for the first time thought it was a cute little shop. I went in realizing that your service is best if you are young guy. The girls are more focused on the guys and treat the girls and olders like garbage. An elderly man asked a short Hispanic girl how much the gram on special was & she replied "it clearly says right there". I went and got helped by a girl who was wearing a super short dress. who seemed like she hated being there. hardly made conversation and was about to forget to give me my change. I asked for it got a dollar back along with major attitude. she didn't even hand it to me in my hand she just slammed it on the counter. I will not be returning. I work at a retirement home and elderly have history of being abused. I do not tolerate this behavior. I will let people know live well is not woman or elderly friendly. even with transactions of 70$ or more. it truely is unfourtunatte that your customer service didn't match your weed quality.

Stopped in yesterday for the very first time The girl behind the counter was extremely good very nice love the place I believe it was the owner I talked to her very shortly and she seemed to fun and nice I really enjoyed the experience going back again today

It's fine but I won't return. The women there seem more interested in their own needs as opose to the customers. There are many other places. Maybe they should realize that.

Awesome store! Been telling folks about it since I wandered in a few days after opening, I've since been in a free times. Great selection and them $5 grams are nice!!! Keep it up!

I'm glad I browsed leafly to discover this store. A rather stark exterior belies the salon like atmosphere inside. They are good at sharing information about their very tasty strains.

I loved the service I received here and the good prices on medicine. My only complaint is that they don’t list THC/CBD on their menu here on Leafly. That makes me have to go in and purchase some great buds(oh darn!). I seriously recommend this as a go to shop in Salem. Veterans get a great discount which sure helps this disabled one! Keep up the great work.

Like with any store, good experiences and not so good at times. I have been coming there since February or March, I like it and over all it's been good. I have shops closer to me that I pass to go there. I have recommended to friends and they shop there too now.
