AYR Cannabis Dispensary - Port St Lucie

I had to rate them one star or else they would get zero! Besides the fact it’s the only dispensary In south Port St. Lucie it’s only out of desperation. The staff is okay at times but often rude and they NEVER answer the phone.... I have a good 20+ minute drive to any dispensary, I don’t like wasting time for lack of product it’s honestly kinda sad they consider that any customer service skill

Staff member Whitney was very helpful and informative. I enjoyed my shopping experience. Store is very clean, nicely laid out and has quality products. All store staff all seemed conscientious and professional.

I have been here 5xs or more, never a good experience. Staff not very knowledgeable or much sense of why they’re there. Staff member said out loud I’m here to do a job not please anyone. Great attitude! I come here cuz it’s close, but now new places with better quality all around opened near me. Time to move on. This is last resort

The quality is almost always great. But when you have a product issue, it can be complicated. (Tru is the best on this aspect so far.) Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The head manager, I believe it’s a woman IF she’s still there, is horrible. I’ve seen her personally be rude and nasty to a patient for zero reason. I was on the phone with my sibling, could hear everything, and she was extremely unprofessional. I want to use this location for the other excellent budtenders, but I’m always filled with anxiety at the thought of dealing with her. And I’ve heard the same story from patients in the waiting rooms of other dispensaries. I’ll use Stuart until they can set things right in management.

Got an item that made me feel ill because it didn't taste right but I could not return since it was a taste issue. I tried to explain that it was making me feel ill and the employee said, let me go back and tell her that one, meaning his manager. He was implying I was being dishonest. I come every couple days and have hundreds of transactions. I'm disappointed and won't be returning even if I have to pay more money elsewhere.
