The staff at this location are always great... but the products leave a lot to be desired and the workflow for getting patients in and out is totally broken. Ordered online? Too bad, take a seat and wait while you watch your order get dispensed as "given to patient" while they keep your card hostage and have other people ring up their orders. One register at a time, for real? Their new, severely overpriced distillates made in partnership with "The Werc Shop" are, frankly, disgusting. Every single one of them tastes of stale clippings. Their concentrates are likewise offputting and their cartridges are... forget it. Not even worth visiting out of desperation, all you'll get is a headache... from the products AND the service... and none of this is the staffs fault.

I love shopping at Liberty! Hands down the BEST Blue Dream flower you can get whether in the popcorn nugs or whole flower! Always delicious and super frosty!

This place was great! I was immediately greeted when I walked in by an associate named John. He was absolutely amazing! It was my first time going to a dispensary ever and he offered me to have a consultation where he Thoroughly explained all the products they have and their effects and how different products would affect and help my medical needs. The only thing kinda negative I have to say about anything was the fact I happened to go on a day they were limited/out of some of the products I would have liked to tried/buy. However that is nothing against the establishment, just happened to be my luck. I would definitely go back and also recommend anyone to their dispensary especially if they are a new patient.

The prices are good for flower and the quality is excellent. The store seems to lack management and direction. The employees are awesome considering the system needs work. Why is the product so far? And why are you using a post it note system to sign in and order? The prices make it worth it and the employees are always very nice.

Never update menu online, tried calling the phone number to place an order and the phone automatically disconnects. Pax pods are extremely expensive, cartridges leak, flower is good.. not many options usually just super A5 and Blue dream. Bud tenders are friendly though.

Came in today like I usually do but was greeted by a lovely employee named Whitney who made my experience exceptional. Her charisma and energy brightened my day and her smile lightened up the room. Look forward to my next visit to liberty health science.

Nice clean store front location. Relatively knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection, they have some good to great quality concentrate products. From what I have smoked their flower is just meh...

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

Definitely my go to dispensary. Everyone’s super nice and helpful, even when it’s slammed and really busy. Their prices are great, and they usually have a pretty good selection and pretty quick service. Very mellow atmosphere too. And they always have discounts, deals, promotions, etc...

Underwhelming Products. Which is quite a shame since medical grade products are usually better than recreational elsewhere. The products are also the same as the service, which is nothing special.

The quality of the product itself was good but the cartridge it came in was awful and half full. It keeps clogging and was hard to use. The ordering process was super easy and fast so it’s a shame to have the terrible cartridge that it came in ruin the experience.

They offer NO VA Discounts on flower. Vets, I would NOT recommend this place, and their flower SUCKS.
