AYR Cannabis Dispensary - Winter Haven

They let you pre-order online for "express" pickup, but when we arrived to pick up it was drive through only with everyone else - whether or not they had pre-ordered. We were in that line for 2 1/4 hours before we finally bailed... empty handed. They handle one car at a time and each car averaged 12-16 minutes! Unacceptable customer service, or lack thereof.

Customer Service and Product is on Point. Been going here since they opened in Winter Haven. No desire or reason to go anywhere else. The MMTC is very clean and professionaly set-up. They've always treated me with the utmost respect. If you haven't been you should really give them a try, I believe you'll be very pleased.

I decided to take my budtenders advice tried thr biodiesel at 20% nice relaxing high reasonable pain management with a pleasant citrus taste with just that little hand to diesel. overall I'd smoke it again

There really isn’t much to like about the flower… their carts are decent and service is Meh. If your into quality, my advice is shop elsewhere

They dont have a return policy on flower. I different of their recent strains and premiums and it was mostly tiny nugs and the flower was the same with no order very dissatisfied wont be coming back to either swap or get my money back and I called same day I got it and they told me they couldnt do anything. Moderate quality flower 17%ish no discount on flower and no delivery of flower. Disposable Pens seem to be best deals sadly.

Average flower. Only 4 strains of flower. I am not blown away by the products like I have been at other dispensaries. The location is very convenient. People at the counter were pleasant.

Before you visit, first ask yourself if you deserve it. Yhe answer is an overwhelming Yes !!

Long wait even when preordering. Still had to wait 45 minutes in drive through.Due to short staff. Happened on 2 different visits. Most flower tho lower priced is not the Quality found at different dispensary’s. I was more medicated from a 17.5%GDP from sutras then the 20 % BD from liberty. There BD is one of my favorites Great taste! I just wish all dispensary carried more flower usually gone in 2days rest of week low Thc smoke only. Everywhere!!!

Well a lot has changed since a review has been done here last one was like 2020 so here we go! It’s now 2021 creeping up to 2022, and this location has always been helpful to me. From answering a lot of questions on strains, and administration etc. I’ve not once had bad customer service with any staff and it’s always been very clean, organized and great experience. Some complain of things not being strong enough etc. but we as consumers have to realize what we select will hit differently to some than others. If you have a tolerance than sure a low grade or THC count will be weaker but I don’t feel it should be considered bad product just means keep trying something different until you find what works for you. If your new to the whole experience just talk to them or call ahead and make an appointment to speak in depth about questions and concerns they really are there to help you and make you comfortable. Highly recommend this location and staff!
