Great product. Always seem to have what I need. Prices are a bit high though.

It’s strange times. I’m always happy when I go to the store and they are making things work with all that is going on. It was easy I placed the order got a text saying it was ready. I show up and on my way in 5 min with my order

This is my favorite store! All of the employees are so friendly and great to deal with. They have great products and deals. The reward system and special offer for your birthday is the best! Logan is such a helpful kind manager who really tries to go out of his way for patients.

This is always my favorite spot. They always have what I need at a good price, and WITH OPTIONS! They have such a huge selection, it is impossible to leave empty handed. There are so many cartridges, and they all have awesome deals (even better if you show up on vendor days.) Right now they have plenty of flower, which has been tough, and it’s quality. Staff is excellent, watching them interact with each other and us is always a fun experience in itself.

As a first time med patient ever and being a very detailed person (scientist) by nature, I was pleased to find a well reviewed dispensary so close to me. So far I've been in there three times & I attest they absolutely deserve the stellar reviews for their customer service! So far, I've had a pleasant experience with the staff here and they were nice enough to indulge in my numerous questions and conversation I initiated going on my random nerdy tangents. 2 days later, I went in to discuss my almost 'polar-opposite' experience with the heavily sativa carts I had purchased to heighten focus/ clarity & alleviate depression/ocd/ chronic fatigue syndrome without stimulating appetite but to my great surprise, I succumbed to laziness and ended with an uncontrollable eating rampage!=lost significant health progress & track of blood glucose levels. I was saddened honestly but it is a small & new market here so it's somewhat understandable. They did accommodate me so 5 stars for that! :-)

1st time customer to this joint and I must say....registration was very smooth and painless. A friendly budtender greeted me in minutes and took me to a newly renovated selection room. A decent amount of choices at reasonable prices. In and Out within 15min of parking. Thanks for a good first experience at your establishment Lake Effect!

This was my first visit, actually, my first time at a dispensary. I was kindly welcomed and treated with the upmost respect. The interactions between the co-workers was very nice. I could tell there wasn’t any drama there. This helped make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Jeff introduced me to your products and points system. He answered all questions and helped me make my selection. I bought some gummies. The effects of them are great but, the flavor could use some improvement. I felt like I was eating a shot of booze. I’m not a fan of alcohol so the surprise burst of it was a little off putting. That’s why I gave the quality 4 stars. With that being said, I definitely would come back and recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

I stopped here not too long ago, I got Strawberry Banana Kush, absolutely amazing! My budtender saw that the bud was looser and gave me an extra nug, I didn’t even ask, definitely will be shopping here again!

Being the only dispensary in the Kalamazoo area, I love it! Being able to get good quality bud with a friendly staff is awesome. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming. They strike up conversations with you and always remember you when you come in again. My only complaint is they never have pre-rolls consistently, only on some days, but there's never a pattern to it.

The medicine is amazing! Everything is lab tested and they are very honest and knowledgeable here. The office space needs some work and my first time trying to find it was rather difficult, but the flavors they have to choose from was great. Just wish they had green crack in stock. Will be back soon! Thanks guys.

I just love the free delivery and Mark is just great. He gets to know you and makes sure that you’re getting the proper meds and that you’re getting them you sooner than later. . He’s like part of the family. Love Keno!
