First time I went here it was incredible. Friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The staff all went out of their way to make sure they were saying my name right since it is a unique and different name. I wish to learn all their names by the end of the year! The selections in cannabis here are top notch and they are always hosting deals! I highly recommend this place to all!

The selection is the best in the area, the budtender was knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is less rushed, they are in the groove now and are only going to get better.

Was very nervous on how the curbside would work out. It was super simple, I gave them my name for my preorder and within about a minute I had my order and was good to go. These guys have always been amazing and I’m so glad to see them still able to provide that top quality care with everything going on around us.

I love this place. If I could go in and just hangout I would. Everyone is very friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. Plus they never hesitate to go the extra mile. Add lab testing into the mix, boom best, dispensary I've been to this far. Plus hands down best product I can find anywhere. Quality is always next level. If I had to make one criticism, it would be this. I wish the strains had more information available online. I like knowing the most about my products before I purchase them. Plus it would make online ordering easier. (Not even really much a complaint) 10/10 would recommend I'll be back soon If you haven't been, you're missing out

Close to work always has something new and different, flower prices are so so but from what I did try all were pretty good 👍 and curbside is fast and simple

Your prices are higher than anyone else around and you have been open longest. I hope all the new places open finally put you out of business. You are far and above the highest prices in the state on everything. Robbing medical patients blind is not how to conduct business.

Pieter was helpful and knowledgeable on my most recent visit, as are all staff members every time my wife or I come in. Every visit to Lake Effect is a great experience!

Always an amazing time there, it’s cool to see some new bud-tenders. I got served by Pieter, I have to say for being new he was so sweet and was a very good listener to what I was looking for. When I mentioned micro dosing he was very knowledgeable and we talked over things I’ve tried that he also recognized! Always a 10/10
