Lake Effect - Portage (Medical)

Visited this place for the first time and I can say it was a very pleasant expierence. All the staff was easy to talk to and helpful at every turn. The gentleman John B. who helped me was able to answer all my questions and recommend other things that I may like. Definently going back again.

This place has been great, I’ve been here multiple times and have been very satisfied every time. Staff is always super helpful and very patient while I decide between their large selection. I really appreciate that they are running a legit business.

The meds were good along with great service. and its a convenient location.

I always have great service and I usually call ahead and my order is always ready for pick up when I need it. I dont go anywhere else but to Lake Effect.

Professional staff, clean and well maintained facility. Medicine was well presented and well organized so even a guy like me who doesn't know a lot about strains could figure it out. Putting the menu out front is a good idea which none of the dispensaries I've been to have. Only negatives to me were sort of feeling crammed against the windows when you walk in while there's quite a bit of space behind the desk. A better layout might

The selection is the best in the area, the budtender was knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is less rushed, they are in the groove now and are only going to get better.

Was very nervous on how the curbside would work out. It was super simple, I gave them my name for my preorder and within about a minute I had my order and was good to go. These guys have always been amazing and I’m so glad to see them still able to provide that top quality care with everything going on around us.

Great place. The bud tenders are nice but not really helpful. You wonder if they have been told to say as little as possible. Perhaps because our state regs and licensing is still uncertain? The most Mary's Meds I have seen and that is a good thing.

The bud tenders are very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming to this location.

This was my first time to do a pickup. Upon my first call, I couldn’t get past a voicemail to notify that I’d arrived. Called a second time and was able to get a person, otherwise everything went smoothly.

I love this place. If I could go in and just hangout I would. Everyone is very friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. Plus they never hesitate to go the extra mile. Add lab testing into the mix, boom best, dispensary I've been to this far. Plus hands down best product I can find anywhere. Quality is always next level. If I had to make one criticism, it would be this. I wish the strains had more information available online. I like knowing the most about my products before I purchase them. Plus it would make online ordering easier. (Not even really much a complaint) 10/10 would recommend I'll be back soon If you haven't been, you're missing out
