Love walking into the waiting room and seeing it filled with patients. Your senses are quickly high jacked by the aroma of freash quality medication. A pleasantry to any who enter indeed. Knowing they are always stocked with the top strains, usally 20+ gives patients the confindence of consistancy at the same time providing the oppourtunity to discover what strain is best for thier paticular ailment. Patients also have the luxury of examining meds first hand before purchase. Also the refferal and point system is a nice perk.

Absolutely fantastic shop! When I placed a pick-up order, they texted me right away to let me know they had run out of an item in my order and asked if it was ok to substitute. Hands down one of the best dispensaries I've been to in any state and the best in Michigan.

If you want to be the Best Dispensary in the State of Michigan, its simple, all you have to do is keep a steady supply of Sunshine #4. It is the best in the state, NOT the fake sunshine from the big provision center, the Real Sunshine #4 from the caregiver who also makes orangutan. This is the only medicine that works for me, and have been using it for 5 years, but it is only available for one week every 3 months so I always have to stock up. and I know every one is trying, the State hasn't made it easy on things. I am just suggesting for the future as things begin to expand, It is the only medicine that always is consistent, always smooth, always tastes great, the medical effects are absolutely the best available. And I don't get immune to it. I have tried literally thousands and their is a good one here and there but it still ain't no sunshine #4 from the real grower. I'm willing to help fund to see it on the shelves consistently. Let's get the real medicine out their to the patients. And make it readily available. SUNSHINE #4

The medicine is always effective and the people are amazing. They are knowledgeable and they do anything and everything they can to make you feel welcomed and comfortable while making certain to help you find the best medicine suited to my conditions. Of course, that doesn't even take into account how friendly they all are. While I still have to drive out of town, it is most certainly the closest dispensary to my location. I am so grateful for their special attention to small details. They send out updates, keeping me informed if my favorite strains are back in stock or of the frequent specials they run. Lake Effect is definitely #1 in my book.

I love lake effect it is now the only place i will go top shelf service as well as product and staff is more like family always kind and knowledgeable to any and all questions i have. I go for cartridges mainly but also venture into other methods and they always have answers ready for me, combine all that with the deals and prices and it really is the best place to go
