I have been shopping at Kip for the several years and have always been satisfied with the variety of products available. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ascertain my needs and make suggestions/recommendations on what might work best for me. The deals they offer on product are better than any I have found at other area dispensaries and they are readily shared and offered.
Used to be a regular here when I lived in the area. They used to let me use the drive thru when i walked there. Standing there in line with a car sitting behind me. This was when they were strictly medical serving.
The customer service was always through the roof and they made you feel like a buddy if you treated them with kindness. Prices may have been a bit steep at times, but the merchandise was plenty worth it. Miss these guys.

Horrible experience today. All I wanted along with my order was a battery for my vape pen. After being told they didn’t have any a young lady rudely comes on the drive through screen telling me to go somewhere else. KIP has never been like this before. I asked to speak to the manager to whom I explained I just wanted to be treated politely. Just a bad experience and I sincerely hope this was an exception and not the new rule. I have praised KIP in the past but not today.
Very friendly and they give the military discount to care givers. Most places don't. We drove 28 miles to check this location out for the selection. And was not disappointed
I’m supposed to write what I didn’t like about kip but there’s nothing at the Kip location that I didn’t like. My experiences there are always great there and the service and friendliness is a pleasure to deal with considering the hate that’s going on in this world. KIP IS MY SAFE PLACE🥳
