Kaleafa Cannabis Co - Portland

I have been in here a few times now and have always had excellent service. I am always in and out in about 5-10 minutes, even when they are super busy. Everyone is incredibly nice and has always been great at answering questions I have had.

I didn't know where to go so I went to the place closest to my house. I'm glad I did! These guys were great and helped me figure out what i needed haha.. i'm fairly new at all this so i appreciate their help!

About to go to a different Kaleafa the one close to me doesn't have as good of deals on flower right now, this Kaleafa has more to choose from as well! Excited to go to a new dispensary!!

Definitely a chill location. Prices are great. Quality is decent too. I wish the budtenders would rush you less, but it doesn't happen always.

So they’re still getting the hang of the pick up orders- it wasn’t as smooth as it could have been, but the folks that work here are so nice and we all learned together.

I loved the shop. Was fast and easy to get what I needed. Great quality product and great quality customer service.

Best overall in Portland. they care about patients. Quality meds for a very reasonable donation. AC-DC capsules are excellent!!! High CBD and very low thc. Helped with various body pains and reduced inflamation with no high! They also have plenty of high thc items as well, dont worry :)

This used to be my hands down place to go for concentrates (probably spent $10k here over the last 3 years) but recently prices have gone way up and the selection of affordable dabs has gone way down. These guys are no longer the best source for affordable dabs, although I keep an eye on their menu in hopes they will return to their previous inventory strategy.

Great location. Close to my house. But the bud tenders can be a little snotty. Okay weed.

I really want to like the place, but let's get the negatives out of the way... -came for a specific item shown as in stock on leafly, informed by staff it was 'long gone' -staff are not seasoned pros, sure they are sweet and smile... but from the dude at the front desk struggling to register me in the computer, to the guy ringing me up... it was rough. -the staff struggled to describe the concentrate stock, which has been all repackaged. upside is nice container, downside is none of the manufacturer or strain info beyond name is on the packaging. I wasnt confident the bud tender remembered my preferences as I shopped. worthy positive: -an unexpected 15% discount on Saturday.

Bummer....just a bummer. Now I am picky, but I left feeling I had escaped, not had an enjoyable shopping experience. Staff up front couldn't get software to work. I had to help the gentleman get me keyed in :( training issue. Budtender didn't know his pricing and made zero recommendations after "i am looking for oil that is on the fruity terp side." he points to the display. 30 seconds later another budtender snatches the display away. "oh were you using that?" yes. Yes I was. Needless to say, I bought no oil. Very loud inside. People stacked up inside... I feel I was mischarged as well if I bounce the prices off leafly for med patients. They did have multipe cbd flower strains, so that was good. Not going back. Bad service.

They're always super busy

Nicely labeled product, and good selection. However, I will not be returning for 1 simple reason, I usually order 2 grams of flower for there contrasting medical benefits. My very important strong pain relief strand was left off my order, I was very clear so this means I was not being heard. Now I need to go out again, my muscles seizing up at this point, to a dispensary that is further away because I know my medicine will be there and that they listen.

They always have great customer service, there’s a good vibe, and you feel comfortable inside the store. They have the best prices for super good products, and the rewards system(1$ back for every 20$ spent) is awesome. The pickup service is great too, I order online, they text when it’s ready, I just go in and grab it, and it’s always correct. They are also super sanitary and safety conscious during this odd time, and it’s very clean and tidy. It’s a pretty great shop, by far the best in the Northwest, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

Great products, and better yet amazing people. I never feel like they have given me personally the best of what they are capable. Always so customer focused it's awesome!

Well planned and pick-up was ready to go when I got there.

I love the one on one help it really helps make a quick decision on an endless search of well priced high quality product. I was referred by a friend and I will do so the next opportunity and I am now a loyal customer, no other store has given me such zen walking in and walking out of the store.

This place is #Litt... Was on my way to what I thought was the only decent dispensary in My area just before 10pm and made a wrong turn which happened to be a RIGHT turn... Straight Up Dankness and Friendly staff (Shout Out 2 Jason for all the hookups) in a quiet and discreet spot that is almost so low key You might pass it by if You didn't give a s*** about a green cross 😂 ... I'm literally on My way there right now to go grab another couple grams of their Durban Poison and this extra fire Black Widow they've got. In one word "ENJOY".
