Kaleafa Cannabis Co - Portland

Bummer....just a bummer. Now I am picky, but I left feeling I had escaped, not had an enjoyable shopping experience. Staff up front couldn't get software to work. I had to help the gentleman get me keyed in :( training issue. Budtender didn't know his pricing and made zero recommendations after "i am looking for oil that is on the fruity terp side." he points to the display. 30 seconds later another budtender snatches the display away. "oh were you using that?" yes. Yes I was. Needless to say, I bought no oil. Very loud inside. People stacked up inside... I feel I was mischarged as well if I bounce the prices off leafly for med patients. They did have multipe cbd flower strains, so that was good. Not going back. Bad service.

Decent spot, kind of a hit and miss. Great prices, selection varies. Make sure to tell them Indoor or they will give you Outdoor. Overall a good spot for your money. I go for meds, not for service. Who goes to the Pharmacy and wants bad meds but good service?

There's one girl that works there who literally skips me every single time. It's frustrating to go and wait in such a long line and then be "greeted" with poor customer service. Aside from that girl, who I now try to avoid, this place is the real deal. The pricing is always great and the quality is on point. They have a punch card program where you can make purchases to add up to get money off and they also have the penny gram days. The rest of the staff is so pleasant and nice that I'll always return but I just avoid the dark tan girl who is rude and never smiles. I do think they should relocate to a larger facility and add a few bud tenders as the last several times I've waited about 25 mins to get what I came for while people before me ponder what they want to purchase and the people after me are making their purchase before me. As you can tell that specific employee has left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Kaleafa. I'll still return since it's so close and the other employees are always great.

Best dispensary by far, every strand is a winner as far as quality, taste, and smoke...can't really go wrong as long as u choose your flavor. Shout outs to efficient bud tenders Geoff, tyler, destiny, Josh and kindra, as well as a few other friendly staff! $15 wax is the best, I love Frank's gift, mixed with Oregon Pineapple, wrapped in concrete jungle ATF.. BEST combo ever😥! Other than that...I can't pick a fav. Buy bud here 😊

It’s our favorite spot for edibles. They are always very professional and friendly.

They always have great customer service, there’s a good vibe, and you feel comfortable inside the store. They have the best prices for super good products, and the rewards system(1$ back for every 20$ spent) is awesome. The pickup service is great too, I order online, they text when it’s ready, I just go in and grab it, and it’s always correct. They are also super sanitary and safety conscious during this odd time, and it’s very clean and tidy. It’s a pretty great shop, by far the best in the Northwest, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

Great products, and better yet amazing people. I never feel like they have given me personally the best of what they are capable. Always so customer focused it's awesome!

So early in the week this place is hoppin' - decent prices plus a $1 pre-pack gram deal brings quite the crowd to this converted 4-square house right off 52nd. Tucked between two other houses and a bit worn-out looking, the small space is only accessible via the front stairs so folks with limited mobility may need assistance. Once inside the small entry you're likely to have a short wait as people examine strains like Sour Dub (at $8/gm with tax it's a steal) or Platinum Kush at $14/gm inside the sales room. With several displays and lots of counter space the tenders can serve 2 or 3 customers at any given time, plus there is a seperate medical counter for priority service of cardholders. Listed prices include tax, so your total is what the advertised price is, no special maths or extra dollars needed. As usual the buds themselves are solid, the strains offered display the right traits and the handful I've taken home represent well, specifically the Sour Dub (25% thc) and Blue Dream which exhibit exceptional flavor profiles. tl;dr on Mon and Tue you can walk out with 2 grams for under $10 and the regular prices are pretty rad too.

Nicely labeled product, and good selection. However, I will not be returning for 1 simple reason, I usually order 2 grams of flower for there contrasting medical benefits. My very important strong pain relief strand was left off my order, I was very clear so this means I was not being heard. Now I need to go out again, my muscles seizing up at this point, to a dispensary that is further away because I know my medicine will be there and that they listen.

GREAT place to go. I haven't been around to too many places and to be honest, I don't need to. These folks are very nice, quick and helpful. Tyler is the MAN! So look for him when you go in. :D (but really they are all awesome!)

Amazing place. This was my first visit to Kaleafa and I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, I was looking for pre-rolled joints for my patient, they did not have any but, everyone there went above and beyond and they helped me try and find an open dispensary that did have them. When we came up empty handed, instead of sending me on my merry way they called one of the daytime workers and asked if he would be willing to come in and roll 2 joints for me, which he said yes too. Wow. 25 minutes later, I was out the door with my medicine and on my way home. Exceptional service, easy to work with and so so so very helpful. Thank you so much for all the effort everyone put in to get me 2 pre-rolled joints. My patient was very happy and I was so grateful that I did not have to go home empty handed. :-)

Another excellent experience at Kaleafa. Went in last night for some extracts to help manage nausea. Tyler, (who in my opinion is one of the best bud tenders in Portland) went above and beyond the call of duty to find a strain to help me. He made the time to answer my questions while juggling a million other things. The strain he recommended (San Fernando Valley OG) helped bigtime. Kaleafa still has the greatest selection and fairest prices.Keep rockin', guys. <3

Really good people, I only visited here once, but it was a great visit. The gentleman working, could see that I was uncomfortable and in a lot of pain that day, and donated to me a couple of the AC/DC capsules, and a pre-roll, just because. The floers I got were nicely cured and smoked great. Thanks

I've been a patient customer of Kaleafa since the early days, and I've reviewed here before. I just wanted to single out Tyler for some praise. He is an exceptional bud tender. Considerate, professional, and knowledgeable.

I'm a regular at Kaleafa and everytime I go there they remember who I am and know me. They have some of the best medicine in town with the best prices! I would recommend this dispensary to anybody and everybody!

Hands down the best recreational dispensary in Portland! The staff is super friendly & very knowledgeable about their products. Great deals going on, awesome punch card system! Also the last time I went there I got an 8th & a gram for $25 because of the sweet deals they have and because of the punch card free gram!
