Kaleafa Cannabis Co - Portland

I have gone to this place more than any other in the area. It's my favorite out of everywhere I have gone. I just wish it was closer to SW :( Best service and atmosphere, and great, top notch product for the best prices around. I'd recommend this place to everybody.

EPIC! Top shelf bud for well prices, Excellent CS. I was tempted to not share, and keep this one of the best kept secrets for Cannabis in SE PDX. Cause the only negative thing I can say, and this is the fault of other consumer's, is there is often a wait to get in. They always have 4-6 busy budtenders who rock. They use gloves or tongs (no dirty hands that handle cash and bud) and they keep people from getting nose hairs in the jars. Plus they honor Vets w/a discount. As well as all the other promos. The owner runs a top notch shop. I pass several other dispensarys in the area that are closer some claim to have a larger selection, but other shops 'well' bud (cheap buzz bud) is either popcorn or dry and schawg bud. The occasional 'well bud' has always been excellent even at a value price. I've seen similar value bud sold as top shelf bud in other shops. I also love that they offer both outdoor and indoor and at different prices, some shops they just sell the strain and your never sure. So always worth the wait as well as the drive. So pay it forward and tell a friend. Remember that tippin' is not just for Cows. No affiliation with anyone related to Kaleaf, I just have a deep appreciation for excellent deals with service (and will bitchabout bad service).

placed was small and croweded. I thought the person helping me was great and knew what he was talking about which was completely wrong sold me something that legit tastes like plastic for 60. Asking about cartridges and hes talking about batteries he cant sell because theyre locked up? Just not a place i would ever go again- was let down for a first time customer.

kaleafa employees are the greatest! very personable people. down to earth... I always look forward to going to kaleaga! I drive from vernonia Oregon just to get some clementine! its perfect for my ptsd and anxiety. and don't get me started on dolla dolla gram day every Tuesday... I suggest anybody passing to that area go in there and just take a look around enjoy the atmosphere and the air conditioning LOL

I wish I could have caught the female employee's name, but she was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and engaging. Easily the best service I've experienced in a dispensary. The buds are solid too. They've gained me as a loyal patron.

Wonderful place. Extremely clean and organized. Large selection of meds to choose from. Large selection on medibles. Super friendly and informative service. Will most definitely be going back. Thank you Kaleafa for great service and a comfortable experience.

Used to be a great dispensary, used to be, now they just care about how many people they can get in and out. Staff is friendly but admittedly uneducated on concentrates and push their Kaleafa brand shatters that are poor quality. Also keep your receipt, there is a disturbing trend here of listed prices in display cases and online listed prices not matching what you are actually charged. First two times it happened I thought no big deal, the last time it happened was the last time, I was overcharged nearly $15 on a gram of shatter...when I came back with my receipt they acted like it was my fault that I didn't notice the overcharge....they finally returned $10 of the $12.50 I was overcharged, but not the whole amount. Sad to say that they lost a long time customer...but happy ending is that after years of dealing with declining customer service, I've been forced to step outside my comfort zone and have the dispensary I should have been going to all along, and for that I thank you!

I love this location i just turned 21 so it was my first time in a weed shop nd my experience was very amazing today I went in it was very clean nd neat nd the staff were very helpful nd friendly They also have very good bud nd great deals. I highly recommend this shop :) I will be a regular here from here on out

STOP PUTTING 25% ON YOUR JAR LABEL WHEN YOURE SENDING PEOPLE HOME WITH SHIT THAT IS ONLY 18%. Has happened multiple times to myself and people I know. I don't appreciate being lied too and can see that it's not just me you're doing it too (see reviews below) Quick way too lose customers. Oh and the chick that likes to send you home with empty containers needs to go. Really liked you guys when I first started coming in back in November, but with my last few visits I can say I won't be back. Hire some people with a brain and stop labeling your shit wrong. ✌🏼️

I absolutely love going here....Kaleafa has the best prices and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Kaleafa is my go to spot.

This shop is ridiculous and need to read up on CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased some Pandora on Friday and the Jar in the shop said 29% when I get in my car the label says 25% being the third time this has happened to me I went back in to let them know hey you have an issue here and its AGAINST THE LAW to not accurately disclose what you are selling, the jerk laughed at me like it was a freaking joke not as if im a dis-satisfied customer and instead of trying to fix the situation (hey maybe tell me which is actually correct) HE LAUGHED! This was really the nail in their horrible customer service coffin after dealing with the horrifically rude girl who said not one word to me beside my total and glared making me hurry in my selection to get away from her. Oh did i mention i had to yell my selection over the sound of their music blaring because every time i said something i just got a glare and a i cant hear you look. All in all there is so many good shops in Portland and this one has fallen far from the top of that list where they used to reside.

Bad experience. I drove far to get there and the menu had not been updated, the budtender was rude when I mentioned it as well. It was so crowded I could barely move around and I hear it’s always like that.

Had an interesting interaction my first time. Not sure I will be back. Didn't get help for about 15 minutes. The place wasn't very busy until a few minutes after I came in. Others were helped before me. I had questions and wanted to spend more money. Oh well! Plenty of dispensaries around.

I wanted to let all know my last post has been resolved. I'd like to say a huge shout out to my friend manager/owner Geoff at kaleafa awesome managerial skills and experience spoke with him directly about my last review and what happened to my wife. Totally made everything better. I have so much respect for him and his ability to make everything work out. My advice for any inconvenience u might have is that don't let one person ruin your opinion of the whole. kaleafa is one of the best in customer service, product, and prices in and around Portland, I've been to 50+ and I only go to kaleafa now. Kaleafa is arguably the best dispensary in Portland in terms of quality, quantity, and service. They have bomb bud, oil, edibles, etc. and their bud tenders are crazy polite.

420 -always the best place to go!!! They have amazing staff and treats...I look forward to this day every year.

second time there. first time was not bad but this time I will never go there again. I got a gram of girl scouts not even really thinking about looking at it, until I really looked at it at home. it's brown, no crystals, and I am actually going to give it away as a good deed to someone in need. I also went to another place and looked at the real girl scouts and it was night and day kinda thing. so in short stay away or look very carefully at what you buy there.

The owner's brother was there and made a point (several times) that he doesn't "smoke weed." He referred us to the more knowledgeable guy in back, and then proceeded to interrupt him and kept recommending product based on price and "this one sells real good." Facepalm.

Great menu choices and awesome budtenders.

My favorite place to go, I live out in Gresham and I make my way over every week, sometimes even twice.

Best place I've been to thus far. Nice CLEAN place with great staff and a chill vibe. Highly recommend to all; live in the area and WILL be my place to go as a rec. user.
