Kaleafa Cannabis Co - Portland

I have gone to this place more than any other in the area. It's my favorite out of everywhere I have gone. I just wish it was closer to SW :( Best service and atmosphere, and great, top notch product for the best prices around. I'd recommend this place to everybody.

Kaleafa is arguably the best dispensary in Portland in terms of quality, quantity, and service. They have bomb bud, oil, edibles, etc. and their bud tenders are crazy polite.

kaleafa employees are the greatest! very personable people. down to earth... I always look forward to going to kaleaga! I drive from vernonia Oregon just to get some clementine! its perfect for my ptsd and anxiety. and don't get me started on dolla dolla gram day every Tuesday... I suggest anybody passing to that area go in there and just take a look around enjoy the atmosphere and the air conditioning LOL

Used to be a great dispensary, used to be, now they just care about how many people they can get in and out. Staff is friendly but admittedly uneducated on concentrates and push their Kaleafa brand shatters that are poor quality. Also keep your receipt, there is a disturbing trend here of listed prices in display cases and online listed prices not matching what you are actually charged. First two times it happened I thought no big deal, the last time it happened was the last time, I was overcharged nearly $15 on a gram of shatter...when I came back with my receipt they acted like it was my fault that I didn't notice the overcharge....they finally returned $10 of the $12.50 I was overcharged, but not the whole amount. Sad to say that they lost a long time customer...but happy ending is that after years of dealing with declining customer service, I've been forced to step outside my comfort zone and have the dispensary I should have been going to all along, and for that I thank you!

STOP PUTTING 25% ON YOUR JAR LABEL WHEN YOURE SENDING PEOPLE HOME WITH SHIT THAT IS ONLY 18%. Has happened multiple times to myself and people I know. I don't appreciate being lied too and can see that it's not just me you're doing it too (see reviews below) Quick way too lose customers. Oh and the chick that likes to send you home with empty containers needs to go. Really liked you guys when I first started coming in back in November, but with my last few visits I can say I won't be back. Hire some people with a brain and stop labeling your shit wrong. ✌🏼️

Woodstock location was my first dispensary trip alone, and the first time I bought weed in 20 odd years. The staff were super friendly, helpful NS patient with my zillion questions. I visited 3-4 times over summer and fall 2018 and was asked how previous purchases worked for both my medical & recreational needs. Personally I LOVE that they keep track of previous purchases, but not everyone likes that idea. Clean and orderly, it can get crowded and parking SUCKS (what can you expect in SE?)

I wish I could have caught the female employee's name, but she was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and engaging. Easily the best service I've experienced in a dispensary. The buds are solid too. They've gained me as a loyal patron.

Bad experience. I drove far to get there and the menu had not been updated, the budtender was rude when I mentioned it as well. It was so crowded I could barely move around and I hear it’s always like that.

Looks like a doctors office really nice and clean. Very Nice sticky flower. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Some really nice high CBD stuff with low THC. Its easy to get in and out of just park on the street. Thanks guys for a great local dispensary.

I love this location i just turned 21 so it was my first time in a weed shop nd my experience was very amazing today I went in it was very clean nd neat nd the staff were very helpful nd friendly They also have very good bud nd great deals. I highly recommend this shop :) I will be a regular here from here on out

I wanted to let all know my last post has been resolved. I'd like to say a huge shout out to my friend manager/owner Geoff at kaleafa awesome managerial skills and experience spoke with him directly about my last review and what happened to my wife. Totally made everything better. I have so much respect for him and his ability to make everything work out. My advice for any inconvenience u might have is that don't let one person ruin your opinion of the whole. kaleafa is one of the best in customer service, product, and prices in and around Portland, I've been to 50+ and I only go to kaleafa now. EPIC! Top shelf bud for well prices, Excellent CS. I was tempted to not share, and keep this one of the best kept secrets for Cannabis in SE PDX. Cause the only negative thing I can say, and this is the fault of other consumer's, is there is often a wait to get in. They always have 4-6 busy budtenders who rock. They use gloves or tongs (no dirty hands that handle cash and bud) and they keep people from getting nose hairs in the jars. Plus they honor Vets w/a discount. As well as all the other promos. The owner runs a top notch shop. I pass several other dispensarys in the area that are closer some claim to have a larger selection, but other shops 'well' bud (cheap buzz bud) is either popcorn or dry and schawg bud. The occasional 'well bud' has always been excellent even at a value price. I've seen similar value bud sold as top shelf bud in other shops. I also love that they offer both outdoor and indoor and at different prices, some shops they just sell the strain and your never sure. So always worth the wait as well as the drive. So pay it forward and tell a friend. Remember that tippin' is not just for Cows. No affiliation with anyone related to Kaleaf, I just have a deep appreciation for excellent deals with service (and will bitchabout bad service).

My first time here but they have some really top shelf stuff.

Good dispensary. I've only tried Thier flower, but it was top quality every time. Only problem I have is that it's always hardcore busy when I go in, and sometimes I feel rushed, but I can't blame a place for succeeding.

After years of being a medical patient and having been to hundreds of dispensaries in 4 different states, I can safely say that Kaleafa is my favorite. They have a wide range of products and are one of the most affordable places in town. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the frequently changing inventory and always seem to want to make sure I leave happier than I came in. Having employees like Anthony that want to go above and beyond for the customers is what makes this location my go to spot and keeps me coming back. I only wish that their concentrates and flower were a little better organized or if they did a daily printed menu available because it can be hard to see everything that they have and then make a decision.

Oh, my sweet Kaleafa. You have become like a second home to me over the last couple. I am forever indebted to Tyler, who is by far, the greatest Bud Tender in Portland. He just has this way of picking out the exact strain you need at that very moment, and every single time produces quality buds that are beautiful and seed/stem free, and takes the time to chat in between. All the other folks are super nice and welcoming too. They always have a great selection of Indicas, a few less Sativas...but always seem to have my favorites in. Good prices for the quality too! And no better deal than Monday and Tuesday $1 gram day!! Don't forget to tip your Bud Tender ❤️

Recreational : Jake, a budtender was the man. Right from the get go he was personable and wanted me to leave with the best of exactly what I wanted. The whole scene was good. Jake said the whole crew knows their stuff and I trust him after his recommendations. Northern Lights - The Netflix. Wish I lived closer to this jewel. A friendly neighborhood shop.
