This was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed. There is a large variety of product to choose from and the budtender named Josh was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dispensary!

For a little background, I generally don't visit dispensaries... I've been growing cannabis since 1976 though I find myself every now and again wanting something a little different, or in this case suffering from a stroke, failing two grows while recovering from it and completely running out. As dispensaries go, I'd rate JARS Payson as above average, this is a combination of 4 visits to the store. I gave it 5 stars for Atmosphere, Ambur and Nia (forgive me ladies if I butchered your names, old eyes trying to read) were very pleasant, patient and helpful on two of my visits. The instore manager at the time of my visits was also very pleasant to interact with, he was needed to give me a Veteran discount, as a disabled vet, you have my thanks for that. Quality of products I only gave them 3 stars, out of the 4 visits in which I've spent $689 I found some of their products to be overly dry and harsh. To be fair, the products that were dry and harsh were not the JARS Brand, I found the inhouse stuff to be above par. Overall service I gave 4 stars, the only reason for this is that they are Rec only and I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income. Should they get medical then this would be 5 stars hands down. Overall great place and atmosphere will definitely be returning, I fully recommend them!

I have been a customer here for the 2 years they have been open and the service and the product has steadily gotten worse. The online ordering has been a mess since they opened and now my account is gone along with the ID's that were uploaded and have to start over. Cannot even look up my rewards. Inventory never matches what shows online and t says to call the store for inventory updates, but they won't go look on the shelf! People like Zach just repeat over and over the same phrase, nothing else, "what shows online matches what's in the store" That is all he will say to someone on the phone. Got tired of buying my top shelf flower and having it be dried up garbage that would get you sick if you smoked it, so in the year they promised to get better, I grew my own and quit buying flower from them. At $50 an 1/8 for Shango or Grow Science, I expect better. I spent $2500 a year on flower so I go through a bunch. Every 4 jars, there would be 1 bad or on the edge. I have contacted these guys a year ago and promises were made but not a single one kept. The truth would have been better than the continued disappointment with this store. Make sure you ask where the money goes from their "we don't give change" round up tax.

Jars in Payson keeps showing me why I just need to visit a dispensary in the city. The quality is ok, prices are ridiculous high. The staff used to compensate for the quality; however, they too are getting more rude and unprofessional. I love how my bud tender Zach didn’t realize they were offering a deal, looked on their own website to verify, then quickly said it was a while supplies last and we’re out. Funny how it went from not knowing to being out of stock in 30 seconds. I don’t need to talk to a manager to tell him your losing loyal customers. You as an employee have the same customer service expectations as a manager.

It’s quick in n out and the service is great. Location may not be ideal for kids or feeling “super safe” at night. Otherwise prices and all are good. I’ll keep coming back.

I love Jars (Payson)! Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful and in a good mood. The last time I was there was in November and I talked to Colt. He's really cool and helped me out a lot.
