Jars in Payson keeps showing me why I just need to visit a dispensary in the city. The quality is ok, prices are ridiculous high. The staff used to compensate for the quality; however, they too are getting more rude and unprofessional. I love how my bud tender Zach didn’t realize they were offering a deal, looked on their own website to verify, then quickly said it was a while supplies last and we’re out. Funny how it went from not knowing to being out of stock in 30 seconds. I don’t need to talk to a manager to tell him your losing loyal customers. You as an employee have the same customer service expectations as a manager.

Your associate Josh, in Payson, telling me you’re not allowed to give out a total due over the phone, felt like dishonesty and a lack of desire to do his job. I’ve been given a total before, there’s no top secret about the amount I need to bring and pay for my order. If you do have such a policy that is geared towards inconveniencing your customers, who choose not to use an ATM onsite, so be it. I’ll take my business back to the valley. Rude has no place in customer service.
