Went for my 1st time since reopening under Jars- shop is so much better, layout is perfect- Nicole was my bid tender & she is amazing- very knowledgeable, friendly & onto of it. Recreational only right now, but better pricing even without medical deals/pricing from Flagstaff to valley dispensaries. My new go to.

I always love coming to jars, the staff is always super friendly and they know what they’re talking About when it comes to herb! Jake was super awesome and knowledgeable and even when they were out of my favorite strain, he went and checked the back just in case and found one last jar for me! So awesome and I really appreciated it!

This was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed. There is a large variety of product to choose from and the budtender named Josh was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dispensary!

Jars in Payson keeps showing me why I just need to visit a dispensary in the city. The quality is ok, prices are ridiculous high. The staff used to compensate for the quality; however, they too are getting more rude and unprofessional. I love how my bud tender Zach didn’t realize they were offering a deal, looked on their own website to verify, then quickly said it was a while supplies last and we’re out. Funny how it went from not knowing to being out of stock in 30 seconds. I don’t need to talk to a manager to tell him your losing loyal customers. You as an employee have the same customer service expectations as a manager.

It’s quick in n out and the service is great. Location may not be ideal for kids or feeling “super safe” at night. Otherwise prices and all are good. I’ll keep coming back.

First time customer. The security that checked me in let me know as a first time customer, that I would recieve a 30% discount, and to mention it to the cashier. Upon making my purchase, she let me know that by filling out a review, that on my next visit I would receive a free preroll. All the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.
