I have been going to this dispensary for awhile now and have enjoyed it so far. There are some budtenders that need a little more knowledge about the products. This last time I went in looking for a cart that doesn’t have any fruity tastes and was recommended a new brand called sauce to try. I did decide to try it and let me tell you this tastes like artificial blueberries and gave me a headache. But now I’m stuck with it cuz not a lot of us have endless funds. Disappointment.

The Disabled, elderly, anxious, post surgery etc.. can not and shouldn't be asked to stand in a line when there's a open theme and waiting area. We checked in by name and called when it's out turn. Lines confuse people and dishonest people try to "cut" .

Sebastian was my budtender today, and he is always smiling and ready to help. If he isn't sure about a question I have, he will ask a manager and learn with me. Samawas is checking us in at the door, and she is also always smiling and ready to help. I love everything about this location!

Sam was rude impatient and just didn’t care what I had to say. She rushed me out the door and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be going to her again since this isn’t the first time. Very disappointed

I came in on an early weekend morning, and the staff were the most wonderful, welcoming and helpful people! I mean, were they all morning people? It gave off a feeling that the employees liked where they worked and liked each other- whether or not that's true, the fact that that was the feeling that pervaded is a really critical part of retaining customers. Feeling like you're walking into a group of people with those good vibes just makes the whole day better. I believe Crystal was the associate that helped me, she was super knowledgeable about products and let me know when certain sales were coming up and some great product recommendations for the next time I need some. And, I should mention, the store was sparkling clean and nicely organized. You guys have got a great team!

Jeremy was right about the Brain Stain pre-roll! So much happened during the smoke. I love that when things happen like dropping asleep and while asleep burning the rug with the pre-roll. LOL. Very nice. It was so much fun, I am going to try to get more today. Garret said hi while I got my last pre-rolls which I appreciated. Scott is a new nice member of the working team.
