Awesome service first time in a Jars location. Nicole was spot on service wise and signed me up for rewards program. Location very easy access and was in and out quickly. Only improvement would be if they did medical but the prices made up for the difference. Will return.

I came in on an early weekend morning, and the staff were the most wonderful, welcoming and helpful people! I mean, were they all morning people? It gave off a feeling that the employees liked where they worked and liked each other- whether or not that's true, the fact that that was the feeling that pervaded is a really critical part of retaining customers. Feeling like you're walking into a group of people with those good vibes just makes the whole day better. I believe Crystal was the associate that helped me, she was super knowledgeable about products and let me know when certain sales were coming up and some great product recommendations for the next time I need some. And, I should mention, the store was sparkling clean and nicely organized. You guys have got a great team!

Sam was rude impatient and just didn’t care what I had to say. She rushed me out the door and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be going to her again since this isn’t the first time. Very disappointed
