The location is okay but I don’t think I would go there after dark. The security inside the building is very good. The place was clean, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, I will go there again. All-in-all a great place.

What a disappointing experience. This was my first visit. When I saw familiar faces from my old dispensary, thought everything was cool. Got my meds home, smoked a bowl, (blueberry pie) effects were good, but, bad taste and... MOLDY! Tearing my throat to shreds! They claim that because of the "new laws" they can't exchange for mold free meds, because I opened the bottle. I read the new laws,it says nothing of the sort. Hiding behind the laws with the wrong impression, that all their patients are ignorant, or I can't read the laws for myself. She said she couldn't give me an answer. I had to speak with the manager. Then she asked if I looked at what I bought when I chose it,like it's my fault that their product is old and moldy. I looked at the small display sample bud, which looked like the crown jewel, my bud was not nearly as impressive. Dusty and old, while the display bud was sparkly. I have never had place try harder to take my last 40 bucks. I'm out of work with spinal issues. I can't just say oh well and buy more. I could have flushed two twenties down the toilet, for what I got, it would have saved me gas money. Since I have to borrow a car to even get there. Thanks for being so unlike the jazz club used to be. Y'all got greedy. Shame.

I've shopped around extensively. Everything is top- notch at this dispensary. The quality has always been superb. The tenders are experienced and very helpful and sincere about their products (And I would be too if I worked here!). Thank you District 3!

i went in and got a cartridge and a $20 gram of shatter from here. The cart and wax were great but the preroll i got from here was honestly just sad. Limp and all shake

Hey Detroit Listen up. This is the best dispensary in the city. I'am a true cannabis guru. I had my card since 2010. I've been to them all even Ypsi and Ann Arbor. This is the best hands down. I've been dealing with them since they was the Jazz Club. Very knowledgeable people.

Easy access to locations. Met two very informatve and helpful budtenders. Flowers were very nice. My new dispensary.😄 Good deals too.

The staff is so welcoming, you feel like family, and knowledgeable too! Not to mention, the sweet deals on FIRE meds and edibles! The concentrates are on point and the flower is just about perfect - Fresh, but cured properly, and perfect level of moisture. They're not the rock-hard "nug balls" that are the byproduct of overloading trim machines. This is my new go-to spot. Stop on by once and you'll be back! There's plenty of room to grow here too! My one and only suggestion would be to possibly section off the glass/papers/accessories in a way that you can have people take their time looking them over while not holding up the line for patients just looking for meds.

First time there, and Wow!! I can say this place has a very impressive selection of flower and prices great on them, I suffer from Crohns & Ankylosing Spondylitis so I need some of the stronger Indica flower for pain management which they have, they also have a nice selection on edibles which is my more preferred way to get my medical relief. I noticed they also carry a lot vapor products so if your into those they definitely have them. I haven’t been to other dispensaries yet but I really don’t need to after visiting District 3, Also the staff is like what other reviewers are saying fantastic!! I definitely recommend you check this place out.

Great place and great treats and coffee when your there waiting or after you donate. Only been there twice but will leave another review once I know the place a bit better. Pretty good stuff and great first time patient deal.
