What a disappointing experience. This was my first visit. When I saw familiar faces from my old dispensary, thought everything was cool. Got my meds home, smoked a bowl, (blueberry pie) effects were good, but, bad taste and... MOLDY! Tearing my throat to shreds! They claim that because of the "new laws" they can't exchange for mold free meds, because I opened the bottle. I read the new laws,it says nothing of the sort. Hiding behind the laws with the wrong impression, that all their patients are ignorant, or I can't read the laws for myself. She said she couldn't give me an answer. I had to speak with the manager. Then she asked if I looked at what I bought when I chose it,like it's my fault that their product is old and moldy. I looked at the small display sample bud, which looked like the crown jewel, my bud was not nearly as impressive. Dusty and old, while the display bud was sparkly. I have never had place try harder to take my last 40 bucks. I'm out of work with spinal issues. I can't just say oh well and buy more. I could have flushed two twenties down the toilet, for what I got, it would have saved me gas money. Since I have to borrow a car to even get there. Thanks for being so unlike the jazz club used to be. Y'all got greedy. Shame.

I saw/see a lot of comments saying that you all reopened. That is simply not the case, I went to check out my old favorite but then I noticed the orange cones blocking entrances. And your massive parking lot empty. It took only 2 days, by looking at some of these reviews, to get shut down again? Wth? But I've learned from the first round of crack downs in 2015. Once a dispo closes and reopens, that will be a continuing pattern until they are shut down for good. You lost my business for advertising open on every app as I drove past a black building. Unprofessional.

The staff is very friendly, the wait is never long, the place is always clean, always greated with a smile and the prices are good

I have been to dispensaries in Colorado, Ohio, and Michigan. District 3 is, hands down, the best dispensary I have been to thus far. District 3 has great deals, a wide variety of products of superior quality, and a friendly/knowledgeable/helpful staff. Sam was great, she had good product knowledge, and was thoughtful enough to check & make sure I was cool with a particular indica product versus a sativa. Great experience. Highly recommend.

None of the deals online were at the store. Bud tender was extremely un-knowledgeable about most of the products I even asked about. Coming from someone who’s smoked over 15 years it’s super distasteful when I walk into a store and nobody in there can tell me anything about the product. Just spit some stupid line to try to get you to buy it. Say the same things over and over lol. Will never come back

I, like many, have traveled the 8 mile canna-corridor in search of the best medicinal bang for my buck and that place is District 3. Always fully staffed to ensure low wait times (if any at all) and the selection is great. Once a budtender forgot to add a donation to my bag as I left... I called to let them know and they made my return trip TOTALLY worth the trouble. Good people here. Will always recommend.

Great place to go

Clean, Quick & an all around easy process from beginning to end. Typical dispensary around 8 mile with a large building size, yet you still tend to feel crammed inside. I’ll stick to my belief that the flower you select from the showcase, may not always be the same flower that you go home with. It is youre money, so if something doesn’t seem fine, don’t be shy to speak up. District3 should not have ANY issue helping answer any customers question. Overall this place is above the others that I’ve shopped, but it’s not the greatest thing since sliced bread! LesB4Real

This is the only dispensary I'll go to super friendly nice selection but tenders are friendly and polite my bartender was page who had knowledge of some buds and concentrates highly recommend this place

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff!! Best selection I've seen! Would be a good place for a new user to go because of the helpfulness of the staff.

***DISTRICT 3*** is amazing. I am from PA and i drive 5 hours and when i do i pick this place above all... Super DEALZ and smart staff..House Concentrates are right on point both quality and price...Keep ☝ the good work😀
