"Disgusting Deception! I'm absolutely livid. I paid a premium price for what I assumed was top-shelf flower at this dispensary. The bus tender, who should have known better, failed to mention the glaring issue. Read the label! Of the total THC, a pathetic 0.27% is Delta-9 – the psychoactive compound we actually seek out at licensed dispensaries. This is an insult! Why would I pay a dispensary premium when I can get essentially the same product (with likely higher Delta-9) at a gas station? Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less, gas stations can now sell THCA products, which are precursors to Delta-9 THC. This is a deceitful, manipulative practice that preys on unsuspecting customers. This was the most expensive half-ounce on the menu, yet it's no better than the garbage sold illegally. They're no different from street dealers – exploiting customers for profit. Shame on you! The THC-A content is inflated, while the actual Delta-9 is criminally low. You're not selling a legitimate product." You should have some sort of accountability and im going to attempt to see that you do. Sad this gas station hemp was the highest priced menu option adding salt to the injury. I'll add a photo if permitted.
