The bus tender, who should have known better, failed to mention the glaring issue. Read the label! Of the total THC, a pathetic 0.27% is Delta-9 – the psychoactive compound we actually seek out at licensed dispensaries. This is an insult! Why would I pay a dispensary premium when I can get essentially the same product (with likely higher Delta-9) at a gas station? Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less, gas stations can now sell THCA products, which are precursors to Delta-9 THC. This is a deceitful, manipulative practice that preys on unsuspecting customers. This was the most expensive half-ounce on the menu, yet it's no better than the garbage sold illegally. They're no different from street dealers – exploiting customers for profit. Shame on you! The THC-A content is inflated, while the actual Delta-9 is criminally low. You're not selling a legitimate product." You should have some sort of accountability and im going to attempt to see that you do.
