rude staff, expensive product and the prices don’t match what they advertise online I guess go there if you can’t go anywhere else

Love this store! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They carry and wide variety and have daily specials as well as quality glass and other devices. Nice clean location, off the beaten path so it's discreet. I told the staff I would leave a review and didn't get their names but everyone from the front door to the service counter on Sunday 8/6/17 did a fabulous job and I'm super happy with the Legends Green Crack 5- pack, Super Silver Haze wax and Gelato too!

I like this place. Sort of tucked away, very professional. There is a very large selection and the menu of everything helps a lot-not as overwhelming. The prices are great for a rec store. My only problem was the kief infused preroll...not rolled properly. It was clear to me that whoever rolled it simply laid down kief in the bottom of the paper and then rolled the weed on top of it. This causes some serious running. The proper way to do it, would be to mix the kief into the weed before rolling to promote even smoking. It is slightly frustrating that it was recommended to me. I would have recommended something that I knew would smoke nicely. All in all, good product, great staff, and a nice location. I will be back, but I will probably buy kief and roll my own next time.

Huge selection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products, plus they have stuff on special every day. I don't know what these other people are talking about with the 1 star reviews, they must have visited a different shop than I did!

I love this shop. Finally had family from out of town visit so this was a must-see site for them .. and of course they wanted to buy it all. Incredibly helpful staff for my newbie family visitors. Quality is good but offset by the quality of service. If a customer spends an average of 200 dollars every 2 weeks you think you're allowed to use the toilet. The customers comfort while shopping should be better addressed than saying good luck as you run out the door for the most uncomfortable walk in your life.i actually peed in my pants in this cold winter weather. Horrible experience. Thanks!

Although Issaquah Cannibas has a wide selection of marijuana to choose from PLEASE keep in mind you are paying full price for everything in the store. For instance Canna Clouds makes great distillate cartridges in my opinion. What I do not agree with is the fact Issaquah sells their line of "tankers or aka syringes" of distillate for 35 and their cartridges for 39 to 40. I have a favorite store in Seattle I found and LOVE. 30 for Canna Clouds tankers and 32 for ALL of their cartridges. Kind of takes the fun out of shopping in Issaquah when you know your getting screwed on prices!

This used to be my go to shop but now I can get better prices and selection elsewhere. They also open late (10AM) compared to other places that open at 8 AM.

Great location and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. You won't find a nicer, more comfortable place. A wide variety of product that's reasonably priced. Last time in went for the edibles, brownies are great and are a crowd favorite.

This is my favorite recreational shop on the eastside. It's in a discreet yet great location just of I-90. My main reason for liking the shop though is that they have by far the best selection of flower of any shop I've been to. Most shops have 20-30 strains while this place has well over 100. It's also the most laid back shop I've come across, was able to browse & chat without feeling pressured or like I was wasting their time. I Highly recommend this shop if you're in the area and like a large selection of products.

I was APPALLED at the over pricing. Huge turn off that I couldn't even smell the bud I was going to purchase, (which I didn't because the quality and prices sucked, $59 for an eighth????!!!! really) I felt like another wheel in the cog of greediness that is infiltrating the industry. So glad I live in Oregon where people aren't completely blinded by dollar signs. No full gram vape cartridges to be found, every half gram cartridge was at least $40... I get full gram cartridges no problem for $40 at any dispensary in Oregon. Walked out with a crappy cartridge that hardly pulls, never purchasing Liberty Reach products again. I should have known they were associated with Juju joints, who specifically designs the Juju joints to just tease your high. I purchased a pre roll (nothing under $11 btw) and looked at it in the parking lot, well there was no joint in there. I immediately went back in and was treated like a pain in the butt by the owner. I was never once thanked for my business. The owner here needs to get his head out if his rear end. I had more anxiety when I left than when I walked in, which is why I medicate. Will not be back to say the least.

I like visiting different stores. I was in this one on a Thursday; spent $65 on three items. 2g of bud buddies, a tin of Sitka pre-rolls and a Cenex pre-roll. That Saturday I opened the gray Cenext tube; and it was empty. I had a meeting in Issaquah Monday; so I went in to talk to them before. Brandon the manager on Duty just looked at me with a "so what" look when I told him what happened. He then went into the back to call the GM when I told him I wanted him to make it right. One of the other clerks said "yeah, that happens." when I explained my issue while Brandon was in the back. Brandon came back and said he spoke to "Cliff" and began to try to explain somehow that due to state law he couldn't make good on the product I had purchased. He said I could either buy more and get a discount to be whole; or talk to "Cliff". I wanted to talk to "Cliff". He then said "Cliff" wasn't available; even though he had just spoken to him. He took my info. It's now Thursday; still no call from "Cliff". It was $11 they've stolen from me; I've spent a multiple of this in the time I've spent trying to get them to make it right. I hope Issaquah gets another store so that people in that area have options other than these bandits. The moral is don't just take the bag they hand you. If you can't see the bud in the container, open it; because they won't stand behind their sale once they have your cash.

hard to find; makes it exclusive without breaking laws

I was looking for a high-CBD strain and the menu only lists THC percentages. When I asked the tender behind the counter for recommendations, I was treated like a kid and told "Why dont you look at the menu." Extremely high Where they dont list the CBD, seriously douche move as you have one job. As for the rest, extreme prices for most of the bud. There's some reasonably priced stuff, but you have to read the whole menu.

Had to stop going here because of my vertical ID. It's my birthday and finally got horizontal ID today. I drive 30 minutes and they don't except a 'paper' horizontal ID. Place is a joke. Thank YOU issaquah cannabis for ruining my birthday

Sometimes I forget how much I love this particular shop until I visit a different store. All of the budtenders are so awesome and have such a wide range of knowledge that I disappoint myself a little when I go into other shops expecting the same level of service and professionalism.

If you can, go somewhere else. Sure good selection and everything, but the customer service can be garbage. I’ve had a couple of nice interactions with employees, but overall many employees are rude and will treat you like an idiot for not being as “weed savvy.” They’ve been pretty rude to my dad too. We went in to look for a bong and one of the guys was just a real jerk. It was obvious we were looking and needed help, but he literally just kept telling us to move for other customers. Maybe ask and see if you can be of service to us next time? It’s just sad that they think they can treat people like that since they’re the only one for miles. I try to avoid them if I can, but usually go out of convenience. I’m much more appreciative of bud tenders who are willing to talk to people like me who want to learn more and don’t always know exactly what to ask for. I’ve had much better experiences in Redmond and Bellevue. Hopefully they can recognize this problem and work on their customer service/people skills.

Really love the 'menu' you can look at. Seems to be very well stocked with not just types but strain-specifics. As someone that uses a pen, it can be harder to find places that have the exact oils you're looking for. Only downside, I got a flavored Northern Lights and it tasted burnt or chemically through the first half of the 1g tube.
