Being from Portland I've been to many dispensaries and one of the key things is to smell the bud look at it closely before purchasing. The customer service was horrible at this location and I was forced to purchase an eighth of weed because I smelled it. Felt accused and was forced to buy the product. Bad experience. Won't visit again.

went by to give this place another chance . I shouldn’t have. Still poor service, leafly menu not up to date. Management changes every month and their product selection has seriously decreased this used to be a fun place to go. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable there used to be 2 guys running it and that’s when it was at it peak. There are so many other store to choose from it’s a bummer they only care about cash and high prices. Trust me and do some price comparison for yourself and you will see this place is not worth your effort.

Still no patient benefits of any kind including tax. Such uncaring people shouldn't handle a commodity of care.

My wife and I were regular customers for over a year. The customer service and selection was good up until recently. There are a few female budtenders that are rude and unhelpful. Almost like they've never even smoked before. The last time my wife went into the store they accused her of handing hem counterfeit money. Are you kidding me!? They made a scene about it and could've handled it much more discreetly. The money was pulled from their ATM so this is a bit sketchy. I would highly recommend not shopping here. There are much better dispensaries close by that are more friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention cheaper. Wish they could've kept up the great customer service as the location was nice...

This was my go to shop but due to horrible customer service my business will now go elsewhere. I was in earlier today to purchase some dabs. They had some terp sauce on special so I figured I can ask. the specials here are usually pretty disgusting, but the employees are honest and will steer you in a better direction. So I purchased a bunch of these dabs on special due to this young man with a bunch of hyrule tattoos and Zelda shit on recommending it. Got home and they are absolutely awful I bought 7 and only tried one, my fault for trusting anyone other than myself. A few hours later I returned to the shop and asked if I could swap them out since I’m a frequent customer and I’m in this situation because of a bad recommendation. They declined to offer me any refund or exchange. Even though it was less than 6 hours ago, I have the receipt and all products are un opened. They just said “sorry that happened to you” when it didn’t happen to me their employee recommended it and i think since I give them between 500-700 monthly that they would be able to help me out. This is the last time this shop will ever get a penny from me. I can buy weed anywhere, customer service is everything and this is a failure to the highest degree. If you value your money, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Garbage. Please stay away. First of all it's in the cuts hidden like Issaquah doesnt want it here to begin with. They have daily deals but they're not all that great. They dont even have a reward system. Everything is FULL PRICE. So without have a reward system or your regulars coming in they only get a deal provided for the day which might not even be what is they're go to. Its blamed on the officer in charge of the area or whatever the guy said. "We have to follow state law". No, it's called standing up for what's right because EVERYONE ELSE DOES IT in the state. Or lower your prices. Your charging your people full price and not even giving them the greatest deal. ZIP CANNABIS IN TACOMA! Or go to Seattle for better deals. This is a waste of energy. This store is here for the money that's for sure. Not for the people or the patients. This is not the only dispensary near Issaquah I definitely suggest trying other ones. Not impressive from a former medical patient and provider a regular cannabis smoker

Absolute GARBAGE. First off do NOT spend 40 dollars on a cheap vape cartridge. Please pay attention to see if there’s a bubble on the bottom of the wick which mind you makes it taste as booty as they come. Sure there’s a 5 day return but no matter if it taste like ass cheeks and butter sauce if it hits they won’t exchange it. So iattempt to exchange my $40 cartridge, they tell me since it still fires they can’t do anything about it. Think about it would you spend $40 on a gram of booty tasing tree? I’ve been to countless other dispensaries and have exchanged it because they realize how foul it is to keep a busted cartridge. The manger was so incredibly rude. He didn’t want to even hear out my girlfriend about the problems cutting her off and just saying no right from the beginning. He just stares at you with a blank face and pops his gum like he is a teenage girl with a serious attitude problem. Never will i spend a dime, cent or penny here again. i will not give my hard earn money to people who don’t care of the quality of the items they are selling making them sound way better than they actually are. Worse experience ever at a dispensary. I’ve never been so determined to right a review in my life. Issaquah Cannabis will reap what they sow. Amen

This place takes advantage of its customers more than any store I've ever seen. They actively know they're the only option for some people and refuse to offer any real discounts, memberships, or loyalty rewards. If any other store opened near them they'd be out of business within a year. The workers there are all nice and knowledgeable and they have most of the selection that other shops do but, again, I have started to drive a few more miles to go to better stores in Bellevue and Redmond, and will no longer be giving my business to the owners of this store.

I have to point out most of the neg reviewers are simply b*tching about issues with ID and that's on them... The place takes the law seriously and that's a good thing. However... The workers seriously need to lighten up. Don't expect every customer to know everything about every bud and that they won't have any questions. Saying hi (yes literally "hi") to the female employees makes them roll their eyes as if you're hitting on them. The stuff is good and from what I know the prices are right. Just need to be a little more friendly and welcoming to people...

First time going today, the day before 4/20 - Great deals. 12th Man Indica 3.5g for under $40 👌😎. Cool atmosphere too, lots of room and cheerful people. Thx

the only place that I've ever bought moldy product. they had one on display that was fine and they bagged it up in the back, I got outside and looked and the whole half oz was covered in PM. I tried to talk to them about it, then they lied to me and said they would contact the company and called me the next day. I waited four, then went back in and they told me I could just contact the company myself and they hadn't even tried to yet. they didn't do anything at all, they didn't even apologize. this place needs to get shut down by the city of Issaquah, and they deserve at least a basic dispensary that won't intentionally poison them with mold and contaminants. and this is not some crazed fake review. I have the pictures (many)and if this review gets taken down like the multiple ones I posted on WM, I will definitely be seeking legal action, and making a STRONG attempt at a city council meeting to expose you for the frauds you are.

MEDICAL MJ PATIENTS BEWARE! The staff knows nothing about CBD, RSO or other MMJ remedies, although that doesn't stop them from giving you all the bullcrap you can handle. Then they'll sell you a bunk product from a dubious vendor with the highest price on the market. I used to love this shop, but the self important staff has me going elsewhere from now on. Trust me, take the drive to Buddy's in Renton, they know medical cannabis and understand the needs of sick people.

I WAS a customer. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, so is every other shop. Let me be clear that the problems with this shop are all due to the management. They are closed at least an hour earlier than virtually all other shops, no rewards program, the "deals" are verifiably just the normal price of some product that they have had around too long and the last straw was driving for 40 minutes only to be lied to when I showed up 2 minutes before close. Granted I don't like showing up that close to closing time but... the management decided to start closing early. That being said, having Andy at the door telling people that everything is " closed down" when... 1. It was not 9pm yet 2. I can hear customers inside still purchasing 3. He is clearly standing by the door to let people out You are a terrible liar Andy! My $1500-1800/ month will from now on drive to any other shop (avoiding the sister store in Renton). I drove another 30 minutes to the Higher Leaf I'm Bellevue. Much better shop. Every 5th trip in is 20% off. What's your loyalty program? That's right... you don't have one. ANDY... THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO FIND A SHOP THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU CLEARLY DON'T. HOPE YOU MADE IT HOME IN TIME TO WATCH THE GILMORE GIRLS. ASSHOLE!

The company fails to comply with WA - Liquor and Cannabis Board's valid ID requirements. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere that accepts valid forms of ID and where the Management doesn't feel the need to follow outside the store to intimidate you.

This place has no regard for employees or clients in terms of the Covid situation. No masks, no distancing, nothing that feels like they care about what is going on. They are lucky to be able to be in business. They should be shut down. An owner that only cares about money.

I love to visit a variety of shops around Washington because I still love that I can "run to the store" to grab some pot. And not feel like I just robbed a bank. Anyway, I keep coming back to ICC because they're helpful, efficient, professional, relaxed, and knowledgeable. There is plenty of room for us browsers/window-shoppers to study buds and budgets. They have everything I can think of that you'd want - though I'm mostly into flower. The flower is displayed beautifully by strain type (Indica, Sativa, Hybrid and everything in between), and follows a "top-shelf"-"bottom-shelf" with a wide range of prices (I've bought a LOT of variety and it is very rare that I'm disappointed with quality) and all available portions right on the display tag. Daily specials, consistent staff, I never feel pressured or rushed, and I never have had to wait long - even on the busiest days.

The folks at ICC are THE BEST. I cannot say enough good things about them, but here are a few: 1. They know their stuff, and if they don't, they are eager to learn. 2. They happily take time to talk with newcomers or regulars about the many options available today that are new (e.g., cartridge vaping, wax use). 3. Although they must be cash-only by law, they stand behind their products as if there were a record of purchases. A defective product was immediately replaced with a new one. 4. The selection is amazing, continually being updated, and offers something for every preference. 5. Finally, their prices are very fair, and daily deals make it even better. I recommend them wholeheartedly and hope they are part of our Issaquah community for many years to come!

The lady Connie that works the desk is the most rude and obnoxious person I've ever meet. How is it possible that this person stills works here? I've seen her use foul language at people and look at others like they are stupid. You can tell that the owner has no hands on and probably little to no retail experience. Fire her or continue to lose customers

I think it's a joke that you can't have a vertical license. If I'm 21 and willing to pay, that should be enough. But no, if you have a vertical license, regardless of your age, you won't be allowed to enter.

Picked up my first vap pen set-up yesterday and Sam was a HUGE help. He was patient with all my questions and took time to explain the differences between the different batteries and cartridges. It's great to have a few solid constants when it comes to the staff!

This place is WAY OVERPRICED and the Staff is un friendly and Not Helpful at all. They didn’t know anything about CBD strains for medical treatment. When asked for alternatives they obviously just made some stuff up about other high THC Strains claiming they ‘should be fine’. I’ve had old dried product that should have been taken off their shelves as well as mold in some buds. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIT PRODUCTS, This store should be closed. They do not represent any type of honest business helping their community. I’d advise going to Legends or Higher Leaf. Avoid this place at all costs...

Shadey Business. This company has prices posted online and when you get to the store they have different prices and even when shown proof of pricing they refuse to honor it. They already hike the prices up higher than any other dispensary in King county cause they are far removed from other dispensers. Don’t support this company

Poor customer service. I bought a pen - they had a choice of two (Vuber or Panda), I don't know much about them so I asked the manager to pick for me. He picked the $5 more expensive Vuber. When I got home the pen wouldn't turn on. I charged it for a few hours but no dice, so I drove 20 miles back to the store. Even though only 4 hours had passed since buying the pen, the same manager refused to exchange it, saying they had a policy with that manufacturer and I would have to do the return through them instead. Adding insult to injury, he also said if I'd bought the Panda instead he would have exchanged it. I won't be shopping there again.

They claim to have over 200+ strains, yet I'm not seeing the verity. There are more strains that look dry af, and some are danky. Looks to be no danky buds are left. If u ask the issaquah staff for "a good bud", more then likely they just wanna sell u something they can't sell to anyone, i.e. dry nasty tasting dirt weed. I've asked for recommendations twice and will never do so again. It makes me think the staff doesn't even smoke! Trust me on this, go to a seattle store, they will be way better. Bring back dispensaries in Washington!! These "recreational" stores suck
