I think is a nice locate. Plenty of parking the security guard on the inside was very nice to Pleasant. He asked me if it was my first time and explain to me what to do. Even tho it was several people in front of me and didn't take much time I might have waited less than seven minutes. When called I went inside and was greeted by a nice friendly Nico! I explained it was 1sy time and he said you came to the right place I got you. He answered all my question and concerns and assured me you would show me exactly what I needed and proceeded to take me around the store explaining all of the things I could use for my condition! Despite my bad experience the first time we bought wax at this place, I decided to try their Black Friday special which was a $600 oz of gelato on sale for $400 based on the recommendation from a friend who picked it up earlier that day. I went and bought it and got it home and even though it looked good it's smoked like straight trash, tasted like you were literally pulling grass out of the ground and smoking it, and left a chunky black residue in my enail. Been sitting in my safe for almost a month since I refused to even smoke the garbage and then my friend who originally bought the Oz from them says I'll take the rest of that one since I liked it. Well come to find out it's not even the same stuff that he bought even though it's the exact same special on the same day. This place is extremely deceptive and their wax is straight garbage run away as fast as you can.

I put my order in online came 7.9 miles to have to wait It took amin to find my order my question... does ordering online make the process go any faster? If not what's the point. I went out of my way to get what I wanted.

This is the place to be they do their best for all the customers. Their great people and they they have a amazing selection. Not all dispensary's give you the option to smell and see.

My first time there great experience, got an awesome friendly and knowledgeable budtender, who made great recommenditons. My 2nd time, got someone else and the experience wasn't the same. However Home of the $20 8th I will definitely be back.

Great service, security was amazing, gentleman walked me to my car to make sure I would be ok since I parked on the side. That made my day, he went outta his way to make sure I was safe. :) I alwAys get the $25 now $20 8ths cuz currently on a budget but for the price the bus is pretty good. The people getting the seedy, mildew stuff must not have looked and smelled the bud, that's why they let u look at it, smell it (do not touch tho) so you can see what ur getting. anyway, no one or place is perfect so u have to keep that in mind, also....u get what u pay for, can't expect top shelf bud for clearance price....for the price of the cheap 8ths if u look and smell the bus u can get some good smoke for less....so in my opinion I love HOD!! -Jolene

I placed an order online around 12:45 p.m. The system would not allow me to log in so I used an alternate email address but the same phone number. At 1:10 PM, I called because I had not gotten notification my order had been placed or accepted. The employee who answered the phone said it had arrived but the shop was busy. When I arrived at the shop, I waited for about 30 minutes before the budtender arrived to my car. I still have not received confirmation to the phone number though I did check in with the number provided. When he arrived, he stated he couldn't remember how much my order was (but since I had placed the order online I had a general idea of the price so I gave him the cash money as a courtesy so he did not have to walk back into the building, get the order, walk back to the car, get the money, and walk back to make change). He asked to see my ID. But at this point I couldn't find my wallet. I stated at least 3 times I could not find my wallet while digging through my purse. He stood there looking at me and so I politely asked if he could return to see the ID. He continued standing there. I repeated my request. He then proceeded to make it seem as if I did not want to show him my ID when in fact I told him at least 3 times I couldn't find my entire wallet. With him standing there, I couldn't even get out of my car to look for it. I found it on the steering column, in plain sight for someone standing outside the car. At that point, I decided I had been automatically profiled, stereotyped, and misjudged. I asked for my money back and went to another shop.
