You rip your customers off no way in hell I'd ever pay more than 300 for an ounce of top-shelf beautique shelf a buds whatever you want to call it $500 ounces for s*** I can get elsewhere the same exact strain same grower 4 to 50 talking Focus North products ship your charging $500 an ounce for I can get for 250 Oz pie hoe you name it that's my only negative

We placed an order online for 6 items. When we got home, after having issues with our order already, we found we were missing one of the products we paid for. I called in and was told I needed to bring in my receipt, which we were not given, and have the video of our visit reviewed. Needless to say we didn’t go back to get our $10.

The guy we spoke to on the phone Saturday night said they had specific strains I was looking for. When we arrive Sunday night the guy we spoke to in person had no clue about anything. when i stated I was looking for strains with THC V he just gave a blank stupid look and pointed to a binder. then instead of getting someone knowledgable he just tried to fake it. We daid no to 1 specific strain yet he ididnt change it and would not allow us to see what he put in the bag prior to paying. They were closed before we could even speak to anyone again. we called someday morning and a woman said we could return it as it was no open or what we requested. we made the 1.5 he drive back only to be treated extremely rude by the employees and they refused to do anything. So were stuck with product that won't do anything we need it to. I highly recommend staying far away from Hotbbox farms, rude liars and don't have any clue what they are doing.

This place sucks. Did an online order. They gave me a $40 edible instead of a gram of concentrate dab. They didn't want to fix it even tho they were out of what I wanted and so I guess they just threw whatever in the bag. I don't eat edibles. They didn't fill the order right and then made a big deal out of fixing it. Lame as store. Shitty customer service. Would not recommend.

The last two times my husband and I have gone in the service has been disappointing compared to the service we always received in Huntington. The last time at the Ontario location, our budtender seemed too stoned to actually be helpful ("I smoked this one this morning" was what he told us about one strain we asked about). Today, there were only to budtenders working, three filling orders, and one operating the register. Except for one gentleman filling the orders (I've seen him before at the Huntington location), all the others seemed un-enthused to be there, and moved at a snail's pace, and the gentleman running the cash register was too busy bopping and dancing to the music. No one, but our budtender and the door guy greeted us. We knew exactly what we wanted, and from the time we walked in until the time we walked out took over an hour. We've always loved HotBox, but with this track record, we may start shopping elsewhere unless they're the only ones to carry something.

I am completely disappointed in the fact that i couldn't exchange an order minutes after purchasing it. Wife ordered shake by mistake. Was wanting to exchange for bud, but was told no. I would understand this policy if it had been hours or days, but minutes later seems ridiculous. I was still in the parking lot. I will never do business here again. Top Crop I apologize for trying something else.

I got lied to and ripped off. I paid 81 bucks (after discount) for what was supposed to be an ounce of mimosa flower tops. What I got was about 6 tenths of an ounce of B buds and about 4 tenths of an ounce of shake. I had to use the curbside pickup because of health problems. If I had watched them weigh this out, I never would have accepted it. I drove over 60 miles home, looked at the weed and couldn't believe how they screwed me. So I called the store, and said I had a complaint. Did they try to make this mistake right with me? Fat chance. After a long wait, the saleslady came back online and said the manager would call me back. I waited an hour, and called back again. They promised to have the manager call. I waited another four hours, till the store closed. I am still waiting for that call. Their idea of customer service is to ignore you. They promised me flower tops and gave me tiny B buds and shake. They wanted ninety dollars for this crap before the discount. I will never do business with Hotbox farms again. They take your money and could care less if you don't like what you get.

Pretty bummed that your website shows a certain THC percentage and the actual percentage on the package is wildly different than what’s listed online (by almost 10%). Would be great if what’s advertised is what you get.

Ordering online from this shop is incredibly frustrating. Almost every time I place an online order they are out of one or more things that I have ordered because they don’t update their online menu often enough. I order online because I want to skip the budtender and just get my order and go, I don’t have time to go to one every time I’m there.

If you want to be ripped off don't go here.

You guys need to make more low THC with a little CBD in it like 10 percent or 15 percent THC with .8 or 1.0 CBD that be awesome. Please guys for the medical people

As always, the visitnto HB was a good one. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I bought some gummies and they were delicious. I love that locals get a discount and also if you wear your HB shirt in Sunday's you get a discount too. Always a favorite store.
