If you can imagine McDonald’s as a Dispensary this is your place!! Except the prices aren’t as convenient... this place used to be the best. Now the owner has scared all of the employees making them hire new ones and the lack of knowledge is amazing. I asked “what type of cartridges do you guys have?” The guy replies and I say guy cause he didn’t even address me or himself at all “here you go, these are 30 or two for 50” I reply with “this is all you have?” Him “oh no this is just our most popular” long story short a dimwit. This is the type of dispensary that ruins the reputation and adds to the stigma medical marijuana already has.

i didn't know what to expect after i was let down at the other dispensary in Wayne. i drive 3.5 hours from ohio to stock up. this place was awesome!!!! super friendly, i got free swag, $10 off and they had everything in stock that i wanted. the bud is fantastic, the vape is amazing!! love everything...I'll be back in a couple months!

Undoubtedly some of the best flower I've come across in Michigan. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, which makes the entire experience!

At first the there was no problems with the products,then I had a 2 separate select cartridge that has burnt taste to them. The flower seemed to start having a little more lumber(stems) and seeds with the buds? The people are very professional and do a good job.

Great service keeps me coming back. Staff always willing to work with people and eager to satisfy clients, courteous, informed and knowledgeable, and always professional. They've got their charms for sure but seem to have some product quality faults. At different times some items have came out not be up to par to standards one might expect for medical use, particularly with concentrates. Generally great value and quality options are presented but I recommend browsing with careful selection, sometimes things won't be as shown in photos, which is in the nature of the subject matter, and often the menu photos don't feature everything. Double flight of stairs at entrance very offputting for physically limited clients, which staff will accommodate for, however limits potential for some to check things over in detail in person. Generally they have very good material though and only minor nitpicking to mention for complaints and nothing that staff won't help.

If I could give Joyology Wayne NEGATIVE stars I WOULD! Since the switch to the new manager Sebastian, they have taken the JOY out of JOYOLOGY. This is the biggest joke of a dispensary I have ever seen. The management is pathetic, especially the owners. They know nothing about the products they sell in their store. I've seen moldy weed, moldy edibles, & improper handling of products. Racism, misogyny, and hate run deep throughout this company and it's embarrassing to know I used to shop here. They lie about products, prices, product benefits, test dates, strains, employee benefits, etc.. Half of their staff is either too stoned to do their job or too naïve in their product knowledge to give you what you really need. Their budtenders are incentivized via contests to push their garbage/ old products that don't regularly sell and the budtenders will lie to your face to get another .50 cents or 1.00 added to their little 'SparkPlug' total. The management steals tips and samples from their budtenders. They hide in the office and secretly bash their employees and mansplain to their customers. Unprofessional staff with mediocre products. DON'T SHOP HERE.

I come here once a week and they are always great. Very polite, knowledgeable staff. Morgan got me a free pre-roll the last time I went in and was a blast to have take care of me. Very positive attitude and a lot of fun. Thanks guys you are number one.

HHW has been my go-to dispo for quite some time. The budtenders have always been respectful, kind, and informative whenever I stop in. Morgan was especially helpful and helped me decide to get Cookies N Cream which turned out to be a phenomenal recommendation. Hands down some of the best grass I've ever smoked. If you're looking for budtenders with plenty of knowledge about marijuana, this is the place to go, and make sure to see Morgan! She's wonderful.
