Ordered online, super fast and easy. Received text messages updates when my order was ready. Extremely easy. Sometimes they are out of what is on the website so you may have to choose something else.

I am amazed by the customer service, quality of products and the zen atmosphere! I had an issue with my order and boy, they were hot on it and were amazingly flexible and just oustanding!!!

I live in Ironwood and this is the second time this short dude messed up my order.. I called and got hung up on. Now I’ve been on hold to speak to a manager and it’s been roughly 7minutes… It’s like no one gives a shit what they grab or look to see if it’s the correct product…. Then I’ve to call and go through the ringer of someone giving me the correct order.. Such bullshit!

I love the ability to order online and come and pick it up. It would be helpful if you allowed the senior discount to be applied at time of order entry.

Our bud tender was Natalie I believe and she nailed it! We told her our tastes and budget and she did the rest. Very knowledgeable on all our questions and even found one of our current favs! Strawberry guava!

Staff doesn’t know what’s up. Bring cash or they will send you all over town chasing an ATM…. But they actually have one in their “bud room”. Just an annoying overall experience.

Curbside pick up is amazing! Very quick & convenient. Highly recommend!

I placed an order 4 hours ahead of my pick up and waited in line for a half hour to find out that it wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my order.
