I love the ordering service just don't like standing outside with people driving by looking

We ordered on line and it took 4 hours to fill. I understand they were very busy. A heads up on the wait time would have helped being we have never been here. We will drive further into Michigan . It’s better than Walgreens parking lot!

I used to love higher love. With that said the last time I shopped with them I was unable to use my rewards points. On my app it showed I had like 4500 points, their system showed I had 300. I was told “they would look into it”. Just kinda angry, with my point I should have had $50 off. Will see if I ever hear back from them.

Great people, great prices, sweet points system, overall just 5 Star experience both times I've been here. My budtender Justin was awesome today, gave me a bunch of helpful tips he didn't need to give. I'll be back as a regular.

I am 73 years old and I needed energy. The representatives knew exactly what I needed and helped me find just the right choice. I have so much energy now because these people understand their products. That is 90 percent part of the battle. I use gummies. I wish there was a tea out on the market for older people to steep all day, and enjoy the warmth of the product.

The flower is absolutely superb!!!!!.....Top quality

Concentrate is always on point but flower has for the most part been lackluster. Small larf buds faint smell zero flavor. Otherwise I find what I want and am usually pleased.

This was my 2nd time here... 1st time using the pre-order pick up and it was fast and easy!! It took about half an hour after I ordered that I received message that it was ready for pick up!! ❤️ I was very impressed with the bud tenders attention and how they were in no hurry.... they listen to me and answer my questions about products!!

Curbside pickup was awesome as always. The workers are super great and always go above and beyond.

Came from Green Bay and placed an order before I left so I could just pick it up when I got in town! I ordered a 3 pack of pre-rolls and a single pre-roll. It was honestly a smooth transaction going the “order online” route. Wait time wasn’t bad at all! My only bleh moment was after I got home and opened the bag, I only got 1 of the 2 things I ordered! Tho I didn’t pay for both, I was just under the impression that if I ordered online, that’s what I’m going to get lol. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my order so I had no clue, would’ve probably taken a replacement if the pre-roll I ordered was sold for whatever reason before I got there! Will just remember for next time to just go in and buy instead of ordering! Just wanna guarantee I get what I’m asking for!
