Higher Love - Ironwood (REC)

Curbside was so easy! And so quick! I ordered around 45 minutes in advance, since I was working 45 minutes away. Got back into town and went to curbside and had my products within 3 minutes of parking. That is amazing! My tender had a great attitude enthusiasm! Way to go Higher Love!

We had a great experience here! A friend of mine told us to order online ahead of time which was clutch - folks walking in were waiting up to 90 minutes to get inside and shop. We ordered online, which was kind of a bummer because we couldn't actually get in the shop itself or see the items (which is why I only gave 3 stars), but it was worth it! We waited about 3 minutes for the folks to hand us our goods. They were all kind, friendly, and happy. So far everything I've tried has been top quality. We came from MN but we will be back! The Porcupine Mountains nearby were a great draw too!

I've shopped at Crystal Falls Marquette and Ironwood if you're coming from Minnesota it's worth going the extra distance to Crystal Falls better deals and less people

I always have a great experience here. But today, shout out to Rob who helped us with our curbside pick up today! He had some great recommendations for some product. It’s always nice to hear real feedback from an employee. Very friendly and welcoming. Need more employees like him. He’s truly into his job and it shows! Rob needs a raise 😆

I’ve been here a few times! Although I have not been inside yet as I do online order. It’s always quick, friendly and a great atmosphere! Great service and good products! I would recommend to a friend and keep coming back! Also want to thank Jack for putting my order together and helping me so quickly you’re awesome!

I think I am what you would call a “frequent flier” and every time I go the staff is always super friendly. I will say that as someone who lives somewhat locally I do pick and choose the day/time I go because through no fault of their own they are usually busy at the best of times and bat crap crazy the rest of the time. I pretty much always pre order and wait in the pick up line. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes. Sometimes there is 20 people in line in front of me and it’s an hour. Not their fault they are currently the only game in town. They do the best they can, don’t go there with a time limit and be chill and you’ll get your turn.

Staff doesn’t know what’s up. Bring cash or they will send you all over town chasing an ATM…. But they actually have one in their “bud room”. Just an annoying overall experience.

Update to my review a few posts back. I found my driver's liscense. It wasn't lost or not returned to me at the dispensary, but somehow it ended up on the floor of my car. I also decided that the subsitution they gave me is quite good, athough I likely won't buy it again and they should notify you when subsituting for something they are out of (especially when the subsitution is more expense than the original order). In any case, I did want to update my review to make it known that they were in the clear about my missing liscense. My bad.

I’ve been here many times, today being my first with the curbside pick up. Which was SO convenient, my quickest stop there ever. Rob was awesome, fast, and efficient! Higher love will always have my business.

Ordered online , notified order received , notified order was ready , drove to the store. Parked in one of 3 curbside spot’s , a young man approached my car right away and asked if I had a online order , I then gave him cash and my i.d. , he went in and gathered my order and returned to my car , I took my stuff , thanked him as he thanked me , spent 10 minutes there on a busy Friday night. Excellent !

Amazing staff, knowledgeable and cool budtenders, all-around awesome place. Drive a little over four hours and TOTALLY worth it. Selection is fabulous and prices are super reasonable. Love you guys!

It was cool, but also a bit odd. If you have an online order, the online pickup spots are constantly filled so you have to walk around front to a door where they take your ID. Then ask you for money while you're standing outside. It felt like a back alley drug deal but on a major roadway. The products were great, the staff was friendly. Prices are great. Just the whole order pickup process feels, insuffecient. Looking forward to my next visit.

I'm concerned for their worker's safety with the lack of security at the back delivery door. Our bud tender didn't seem to know the difference between indica and sativa and couldn't tell me anything about the various strains available. However, I will say the quality and pricing was excellent 👌. It was our first time there and absolutely will return. Next time I will order online. We waited in the lobby for over an hour. At least there was good tunes!
