I was disappointed that the item I went for was out of stock, but I understand it happens and was offered an alternative. Rob is great to work with- friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Not sure I like the location for order pick up.

I’ve been here many times, today being my first with the curbside pick up. Which was SO convenient, my quickest stop there ever. Rob was awesome, fast, and efficient! Higher love will always have my business.

Workers are always so nice take good care of the customers. I’ve found that ordering online gets me in and out the quickest but depending on the day there isn’t too bad of a wait in the lobby anyways.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have shopped this location numerous times and they are continuously improving in all areas. I do suggest visiting their website and researching what you might be looking for to get some ideas to pick from, or place a pick up order which is now my preferred method as it is so quick and easy!

I've visited 3 times now; first time I was a walk-in, the other 2 times were express pickup. Pros: **Express pickup is a breeze--even on weekends--and I both times, I got all the items I ordered. Orders were fulfilled quickly & were ready when I arrived a few hours later. **Great location--right on the main highway through town (U.S. Highway 2). **Good product, decent selection (although it always changes), good prices, and low taxes compared to other states. Cons: **Long wait times on weekends if you are a walk-in customer. I personally waited just over an hour, and I got there before they opened--customers that arrived afterwards were being quoted wait times of 2 hours. **Small waiting area for walk-ins: standing room only on weekends, with the check-in line sometimes going out the door. **Small parking lot: fills up on weekends, forcing overflow parking on the surrounding side streets (some of those side streets have parking restriction signs). **The process for express pickup has improved, but could be improved in terms of comfort and security (which might require capital investment for expansion/remodeling, due to the current space configuration). Despite the shortcomings, which I am sure will get better over time, I absolutely plan to make multiple trips back.

I was in a few months ago, many of products that were online were out of stock. The products online can be misleading whether it’s a stativa product or indica. I purchased cartridges that stated they were stativa to only find out they were in fact indica. This can have an horrible impact on the older generation who rely on the specific strains. It also affects me because I need a stativa to run my business, take care of my kids, and home. I can’t trust to make an online order cuz ya never know if the product details are correct, or if it’s actually in stock. The bud room is so tiny, the products are spread throughout the bud room so you can’t specifically see what’s in stock without bothering other customers. This is huge for me, I have anxiety along with many others and to have to move around people to see what’s in the glass makes me just wanna leave. Each register should have one of each product in the case so each customer can see it right in front of them without getting in each others way. I would have maxed out and spent 3-400 more the other day but there was no room to move. Not to mention the bud tender I had wasn’t talkative or helpful in any way. When I ordered my carts, I told him I needed some gummies and the bud tender behind him said “yes you do!” In a rude manner. So I picked a couple more items that were in the case in front of me and left. At this point I might just drive the extra 2.15 to houghton and go to NSH and the Fire station. The products may be a little more spendy but the environment is so much better.

The whole process they have for online pick up is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen! You walk into the waiting room and see a 2 hour wait time and they urge you to order “online” as it was faster if I already knew what I wanted! It took almost three hours from the time I placed my order online to get my “quick” order! For now I will stick with the usual trips to other towns to other locations that will not waste half my day waiting! I thought

Massive waste of time. Placed an online order at 10, arrived at 11:30, four and a half hours later, still nothing. They don’t tell you the wait time for orders (quoted an hour on Google) and consistently make errors in orders. They forced me to go back inside and wait another few hours another thing. Other Higher Love locations are good but this one is absolutely trash.

The product is excellent, and the staff is more than helpful. The staff is also fast and prompt for how busy this location is! Thank you again.

Jack got my order. He was ever so Pleasant! He was fast, I was so surprised how smoothly everything went. Jack was so polite. I had a fantastic time today. You got wonderful products. I have been smoking for 50 years. I stay with with excellent products. Thanks!

Excellent customer service.

This is my third time receiving less than quality flower. If half of 7 grams is shake, that is unacceptable. Pick up took 20+min at the door. In and out multiple times. If I pre-order in the morning and pick up in the afternoon I expect not to wait 20+ min to retrieve said order. Also even pick up bud tenders need to have knowledge and understanding of product.

Nice place. Decent selection of product. Wait times are TOO long compared to other dispensaries. Curbside and express pickup should be done on first come first serve basis. 3 other curbside pickups were attended to before me and I was the first one there. Could use a better system for online ordering and pickup. Reach out to Glazed and Confused, they seem to have it figured out. Hope this place can get it going soon

Products are alright, service was lacking. I did not receive a receipt with purchase, so I do not know my final cost after med card and everything else at this point. My friend was not contacted for replacement items after insistence that she was, and was also shorted $100 in change when giving payment on online order. Using confusing on return with a large amount of change is not a good time to pocket $100. We will not be returning.

VERY BUSY STORE!! Be prepared to wait, be cool as they’re doing what they can! Keep up the great friendly service and all will be fine.

Hope they put some funds into outer building maintenance. Staff was quick and courteous. Amazingly not that busy when I drove up.

Shopping online here to skip the long in-store waits is convenient but usually a broader selection of products and better service is available in-store. Also, be prepared for out of stocks and substitute products for items you order online. They apparently fill orders when you arrive for pick up, not at time of order.

The guys are great here! Everyone's courteous and kind. Jack was the best today. Place to order it was ready for pickup within 5 minutes unbelievable! :-)

jack is the best ! I swear I hope he gets a raise because he definitely has the best attitude ! He’s always so friendly and kind every time I come I don’t do this but I’m writing this review because he deserves it

I highly suggest not doing curbside. I’ve done it twice, and each time have been skipped as staff go to cars that have just pulled up. They need an “I’m here” text system for it to be worth it. Otherwise you sit in the parking lot for 30+minutes anyway.

I came in Sunday morning on the 9th and Jack was awesome! Very helpful, pleasant & fast. Very much a pleasure and cant wait to return!
