Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

The night bud tenders are very rude and very disrespectful. They changed the express online hours, and now they close at 9:30pm, but they did not inform anyone. I got there at 9:20pm and was told to go to the other building to check in. Then, when I came back to the other building, they were talking walk-ins, and I was told they would put my name on the list and get to me when they could. The bud tender had an attitude and slammed the door. Very Rude.

I am a medical customer and I was informed that Vapen 100mg & 500mg chocolate bars are being discontinued. I drive a long way to get Vapen products that are the only product I've tried that actually relieves pain. It seems that medical patients are being tossed to the side. I need higher doses for edibles that I can actually afford. The Revibe brand is expensive, no 500mg options & it's not worth my time or money. I spend a lot of money at HWC west but time to look around for new dispensaries and products. What a shame. And I'm an amazing tipper.

Some of the lowest priced 8ths I've seen outside some of the co-ops -- and much better quality too. Got me off the chain, haha. Staff is friendly and well informed and while the place isn't in a very flashy neighborhood, this place is clean and professional.

worst dispensary in Arizona! quality completely fell off. i waited 35 min and 4 people who showed up after me got called in before me. i used to love the Og and gorilla glue 4 but now there horrible. dont bother.

One of the best dispensaries in Phoenix. They have a wide variety of meds that are always changing. They also carry something for every price range which is what I really like. The meds are also very nice and the staff takes the time to talk about them with you. I go to dispensaries all over town and I enjoy coming here even though its out of my way.

I was a first timer here. The staff was pleasurable and the strains I bought were very good. Enough that I returned and found out they give you a veteran's discount. I really didn't have to use it because they have awesome specials that were better.

Good not great flower. Plan on being there a while waited about an hour ( almost asked for my card back).

Person who helped me gave a lot of info. Showed me around did what he was supposed to. And I love there green. Taste is amazing.

There is no difference in pre ordering, the wait is the same. one-hour waiting , extremely long wait, make sure to find a good spot to sit!!!!!
