I just got my card and being low on funds I came in for my free new patient gram and pipe. I also bought a gram of pineapple express , which worked fine for me. The freebie gram was blue o.g. it was a really nice looking and smelling , dense nug. I liked the blue og.taste and price so I came back three days later for a quarter of it. This blue o.g. was not the same as the free gram I got. It was really stringy and had no smell. Being a new patient I pretty much blindly trusted that the dispensay would do right by me .I was and am very dissapointed with this so called medication. No taste, and very little buzz. I sincerely feel like I wasted 55 dollars on 20 dollars worth of swag weed. Not sure if this was a bait and switch tactic, or just an oddball occurence. To be fair, I will try them one more time and hope for a better experience, and I will be sure to let you all know how it goes

Here is my experience, you can be the judge. I order online at leafy.com. Took 45 minutes for me to receive a text confirmation from the dispensary that order was READY FOR PICK UP. I arrive at the location and wait for an additional 35 minutes to get to my budtender. I hand information to budtender (who was Billy and was the only thing enlightening about this experience). The price on leafy.com stated it was 15$ for a Vapen half-gram of Serpentine OG THCa Crystals. In the deals section, it stated all Vapen products were 50% off. Budtender starts typing my information in. He has a look of confusion and proceeds to tell me my order is not found in the system... An associate next to his stations hears his difficulties and attempts to assist him. She finds the order in the system and sees that it was never filled. Then turns to me and tells me they also just sold out of the products on my order. I informed them that I had driven all the way from the Tempe area to visit this dispensary for the specific items on my order. No remorseful apology was given for my time spent to drive out and give them my business. I asked if the Serpentine OG terp sauce was still available that was advertised on leafly also for $15 a half-gram. They said it was. So I decided to order that to make my trip worthwhile. When I went to check out, my total was $32.56. I ask, the Leafly price displayed is 15$ for the half-gram and then you guys are promoting 50% off these products today, shouldn't they be $7.50. per unit? Budtender asks for a supervisor, and she comes to the station. She then proceeds to tell me that the price on Leafly were all including the promotion deal but some of the others were not... (I have never seen this my vast experience of Leafly dispensary visitations) I asked why one was labeled on leafy with a discount and the other without, and she responded, "Not really sure, not my problem at the minute." Summarized thesis: Waited an hour and twenty minutes for an order that was never packaged or even available (last menu update was 3 minutes before order was placed), was confused from deceptive marketing price promotions, and treated with less than adequate customer service support from the management team. I personally will not return to this location or any of its affiliations. I hope its corporate office reviews these comments and takes it from a business owner's perspective to make some changes.

I called to see if something was buy one get one free they say yes then when my mom drove me all the way from Bell Rd to there then after waiting in line over an hour and half they when I got to the budtender they said it wasn't buy one get one free that called about that the person who answer my call they told me is was that wasted my mom's gas so they need to make sure when they answer a question they make sure the answer is right I am not going there again and they should of gave me something for wasted trip there and wasting my mom's gas

When I told them that they took people in front of me they didn’t seem to care and then when I asked about the stamp card I wasn’t able to use it on this visit even though it has zero rules on it and when I asked her about that my bud tender was very condescending and called me sweetie you wouldn’t even have that stamp if it wasn’t for the purchase today well yeah I’m aware of that I mean can we check out and do a new purchase. No I have to drive another 80 miles just to get that free eights even though with that card I’ve probably spent over $1500 Most of the bud tenders have been really good to me but this one was condescending and super fake nice I was not comfortable with her at all which is really shitty because I have bad anxiety and usually like this place

Ok soo I placed my order at 10am, then I come to HWC later in the evening ( because I work like a normal person) so I have until 10PM to pick up my order I waited in the lobby till the group is called them wait again (totally understandable they are busy because of their deals) Here this is the frustrating part comes, once I’m inside the budtender asks me “um did you have a online order... ( I’m already like f$&k in my head just tell me you gave my order away already.) because it Looks like it didn’t go through. He tells me I probably ordered to late Me ready for this because it’s happened 3 times already. I pull my phone Out and show the Emailed receipt and that I had ordered at 10am To which he says I need to order by 9am to make sure I get the deals even though my friends ordered later and still got their order guess y’all just don’t like me I can understand this happening once or twice but 3 times come on I also don’t appreciate the bs from the budtender just tell me straight up you gave my order away
